The Home Depot, Tampa FL

Customer service was very slow. Waited at least 15 minutes at Customer Service before someone took care of me but once it was my turn, Taylor was very courteous and very helpful.

This store and Memorial hwy staff are great no issues. If anyone is not helpful ask another person. You will always find a good person to help you at these stores.

The store is huge. I went in to buy 2 in.x 12 in. (12 ft) lumber to set up a raised bed. The store assistant was very helpful in choosing the correct wood and also sawed it (into 9ft + 3 ft).
The collections here are generally better than at Lowes. But I feel paint is better at Lowes (if you use the Valspar brand).

This place is very unprofessional. Waited in the flooring section and nobody came for help. Even ask the associates to notify the person for help and still nobody came to help. I will no longer shop at this location. Should have gone to lowe’s instead.

I purchased blinds which were supposed to be 72x64 but were 72x48 so I went to exchange them. I was told Patrick would meet myself and my daughter in aisle 43 (blinds). He came up from behind us and grabbed the long carton from my daughter’s arms… I thought she got a cardboard cut. I said HELLO… then he says hello. I felt annoyed by his lack of courtesy. I explained the blinds were short. Improperly packaged. Right away he says he wasn’t going to open another carton to measure for accuracy. I explained he must open the carton to be sure. He was rude and sarcastic. He eventually opened another carton and measured for accuracy. I told him I was displeased with his attitude. This is unacceptable. Please give Patrick training on good customer service.

This store has great staff. Very rarely can I not find assistance when needed. The paint dept is especially helpful with knowledgeable associates. I appreciate that.

Try to exchange a Home Depot online item at store that was sent as a gift, gave them a last name that was very common and the staff made a comment that they very common Spanish name unable to find this product purchased under that name. They refused myexchange as if I was a criminal they were making faces at each other and trying to continue giving me the third degree in questioning. I was only trying to exchange an item less than $50 for a similar item. Chris was the rep.and his superior Roger. The store always had staffing issues. And regrettably customer service issues to. Go to Lowe's up the Road you'll have a much better experience

I just had the best customer service experience at Home Depot. That Home Depot is located at 6730 Memorial Hwy, Tampa, Florida 33615. David, Laura, and Sebastian at Customer Service were very compassionate, very thorough, and excellent at their job. They were friendly and knowledgeable and I would go here before any other place. Thank you all.

I have not been in this store due to a horrifying experience MANY years ago. I did not have another option so I went in to the Memorial Hwy location and worked with Van.he actually escorted me to find everything I needed! And was a pleasure.also dealt with a young ethnic gentlemen in plumbing who was equally as helpful and pleasant.looks like you're off my boycott list! Thank you gentlemen for your attention and customer service.

Worst service ever. I never saw so many people upset. I will never go back. I asked to see the manager after waiting 20 minutes for help, when the employee asked him on the radio, he wanted to know what I wanted and didn't come.

Got sent all over store for a simple mitre box. Started in tools (where they were) got sent to shelving, floors, then hardware
I use a cane. Finally used customer service and went back to tools. The guy in tools had sent me on the chase in the first place ugh! Didn't want to go there because of boycott but had no choice, needed Behr paint. Only time I had a reasonable experience was in paint dept.

This store is THE WORST. I have been calling the store for over 45 minutes to check on an order and all the phone does is ring and ring. No one picks up the phone I had to call the corporate office to complain. Found out the name of the manager is Tyree Thomas. Hopefully he will contact me and explain what is going on with his phone system. Bottom line I will never shop here again and will shop at Lowes. They answer their phones and assist. Home Depot SHAME ON YOU!

I got this perfect for my home office set up. Everyone that comes to my office love it. I always tell them that The home Depot has it in different wood colors.

This is one of the most unorganized unstocked stores I’ve ever been in. It’s like a competition between Home Depot’s, who is the worst. And their excuse is always COVID. Find a new lame excuse.

Average. I went to find the parts for toilet and I asked for help. The person called the plumbing expert. He comes by and just hands me the box. He says he is not familiar with this procedure. I started to ask questions but he was more interested in talking to his friend that was there. So now I have to get information elsewhere. <sigh >

Very poor service, The representative act as if they didn't wanna work, I had a associate page a particular area, they never showed up. I wouldn't visit this location again.
