The Home Depot, Lady Lake FL

They do not want to help you at this store, in person or by phone, they refuse to help. They pass the buck to someone else who never shows up or picks up the phone. And even when it's time to pick up garden supplies including pavers, they send you to one door only to tell you that you've done it wrong and you should be at the other door. Inside the aisles if you get stumped and need to ask where to find something as you approach the cluster of orange aprons they disburse quickly never to be seen again and if catch one they call on pa or walkie and leave- and no one appears. I'm so tired of shopping here, I think I won't and honestly I think that they don't care. So me too. They and the other big box store aren't the only ones that have what i need.

Quality products, reasonable prices, wide variety. I love this store. I can spend hours in this store imagining projects for the house. Better than the other hardware/home improvement stores.

Always have what I'm looking for. People in each section seem knowledgeable and want to help.

I went to the Lady Lake, FL store to purchase a Dewalt 20v chainsaw. I checked online before going to the store and seen they had 6 in stock. I went to the store and found the saw on the shelf locked up to keep dirtbags from stealing it. I asked the associate who was running as if his tail was on fire if someone could get the saw for me. He paged a Garden Center associate to the aisle where I waited to have the saw retrieved, to no avail. The same associate came running by again disheveled to the apparent emergency he was dealing with, so I went out to the Garden Center to try and find assistance. There wasn't an orange apron in sight. I checked back at the aisle, ghost town. As I was leaving I observed a few more orange aprons who would run at the sight of a customer needing help. So I decided to return home and order it from Amazon.

No customer service here. A old man was struggling and no one offered him assistance but yet many workers standing around talking to each other.

We always have good experiences when visiting this Home Depot in Lady Lake, Florida. We also order many things online. Recently we got new rubber feet for my favorite stool that I use in my Music Room. Here I am on the stool with new rubber feet. Highly recommend this store.

Depending on what you are building you could get lost here for hours and if you can think it you can build it. One of the best staff in Florida and top notch Home Depot customer service. Make sure to have use the app and apply for the promotions it makes shopping way easier and you can see what’s on sale so that you can save and buy that new tool!

Home Depot is an excellent all around hardware and home goods store. I just purchased a GE refrigerator here for a great price. It includes delivery, setup, take away and a five year warranty.

Good for us that HD has figured out a ship bringing their contracted and manufactured goods to us directly, instead of relying on some unknown, faceless shipping giant will be UNRELIABLE.
China is deliberately slowing shipments to the USA.
Why?
Because Americans have figured out not to buy goods manufactured in China.
China has lost purposes, and they would love to cripple our economy, , which they are doing pretty nicely.
Let's get manufacturing back here, instead and stop relying on cheep chinese goods.

Great selection and helpful staff. Its the best HD in the area. My only complaint is directed at corporate. Everytime I go there only self-check is available, which is ok. My concern is HD should have gotten scanners you pass products over to scan. HD's scanners are handheld. Its like making a phone call from a public phone. Hello, Covid!

Only carried black metal gutter guards. I needed white to match my gutters. I guess I go to Lowe's.

I was there this afternoon to buy a lawnmower. A very pacienent and polite gentleman helped me to loaded in the cart, when I get to the register this two ladies assisted me applying for a store credit card, they were very patient when I was having issues with my cards. BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. Unfortunately I didn't get their names to mention who they were.

Bad attention, Lowes, the Pro people never want to help with the checkout just send you to another cashier, and employees never want to help, always everyone in bad mood. Have been on Ocala Store its 10x better, Lowes also its a lot better attention.

Home depot has now issued a no Refund or store credit policy on any items returned without a receipt. I can't believe what a rip off this has become. I was a contracfor 35 years and spent millions of dollars In their stores. Today I tried to return A couple of boxes of nails and they told me I was refused, A store credit which I would spend in the store anyway. How petty And disrespectful can you be to your customers. I will never shop there again, And I will tell everyone I know.
