The Home Depot, North Port FL

Dwainette and Autumn are great helping customers. Always very helpful, diligent, attentive and respectful.

My husband & I own a company, we work in the general contractor scope of things so we visit home depot alot. We have also shopped at many different home depot stores and I would have to say the North Port, Florida home depot has the nicest employees of any of the stores we have been to. They always seem genuinely happy to be there and help with customer questions and helping find things we are looking for! Always a pleasant experience at this store. My most recent purchase jhad nothing to do with work for once, it was for the famous 12ft skeleton and a light kit for the skeleton, I was able to order online and pick up in store. When I arrived to pick up, the staff was very friendly and I was looking at other things they were in the process of setting up the Halloween section and the employee said "you're welcome to go over there and get what you want, if you don't get it now, it will be gone later". I see alot of posts online about people getting treated rudely over Halloween items but not at our store! Thank you. Ps.when I posted about my new 12ft skelly in the FB skelly group several people said we also have the fanciest looking HD Store they've ever seen!

Everything was good the employees were very helpful and very knowledgeable everything was great thank you guys keep up the good

Well I'm a little bummed products I'd thought there or almost bought there used to be there but now they're not so I had to go to their competitors store which was more reasonable on the product I needed anyway thank goodness
Hate to give three stars but it seems like that's been happening a lot

Tried for days to get a $2000 lawn mower put together. They don’t have time to put it together! So I cancel going to Lowe’s

Busy store with people getting their DIY on. Great food cart in front of the Store as well as ample parking and a garden area that is so huge and fragrant.

I ordered vinyl plank flooring today my order was delivered. I received a text message saying that my order will be delivered between 11: 30- 3: 30 so around 9: 00 am I heard noise coming from the front door got out side and the delivery person was putting all my stuff out there in front of my garage door so I said why are you leaving everything out there he said call Home Depot he couldn’t even speak English and got a little bit irritated with me and my husband had to help him put everything in the garage and I didn’t even sign he signed for me not that’s not right so Home Depot next time you send someone’s delivery make sure it’s the right time and people because doer’s don’t get things done this way

About 2 months ago we moved to a new house and we needed a new washing machine and a dryer. Amy Smiley who works there went out of her way to help us make the right choice and explained all the little things we needed to know. I highly recommend this store and Amy! Thank you, Amy!

This Home Depot is a good one, and one of the customer service representatives went out of his way to try to fix the wheel barrel I had purchased the day before, there were more in shock and all had the same issue of holes in the inner tube. Steve was his name if I am remembering correctly, and his quality of care will one of the reasons I will make sure to shop this Home Depot.

Deserve zero stars. The worst customer “service”, which is no service at all. Their employees are also lying by telling their customers their items have not yet arrived when they actually have been at the store for two days. I get there aren’t enough employees, but I see the employees they have hired, do not have a work attitude. Very sad.

Update: Three days after having received the arrival notification for my item, I still haven’t heard from the store. I canceled my order, re-ordered on Amazon and got it delivered to my door the next morning at 5 AM. Now THAT’S service!

I went to Home Depot yesterday to purchase a refrigerator, baseboard, and other household items.
Had terrible service in the appliance department until Gina helped me.
Looked at getting a sliding patio door. Had Robert Jenkins help us, he is totally amazing. He helped us with everything else that we need it in the store.
Had to have the manager, Amanda shallow come help with the refrigerator, we ended up getting the refrigerator that day on sale and an additional percentage off for our trouble.
Went to the checkout, and I believe the girls name was tero, taro something.
Worst experience, rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with.
What a bittersweet day at the Home Depot.

I’m giving 1 star just due customer service from the manager. They didn’t recognize their mistake and all the issues it generate.

Can't contact pro desk, and when they do pick up the phone they hang up immediately. Very poor customer service.

Walked in with return but didn't go to desk right away and security said I was stealing. I told them to review the cameras to prove I walked in with it. They said they couldn't and said I was banned. I told them to call the police but they wouldn't. Still they made me leave and said I was banned. I had my 2 year old son with me. I think they wouldn't review tapes because they knew they where wrong and where sidding with the person accusing me. I had my 2 year old with me.
