The Home Depot reviews
29The service is poor. I came there for a simple thing and stood half hour before I could get someone to talk with about what I want. Thanks be to God there where two customers who helped me in what I wanted
This is the one of the worst Pro Service for Home Depot stores, there is two guys that ignore you when you are waiting (Gary and James), the only one who do her job is Lisa; but this other two guys are lazy, they take breaks with people waiting even if Lisa is busy. This two guys really don’t care.
Spent about 45 mins waiting to get a Milwaukee tool set today. Of course it was stocked incorrectly so instead of it being 169.00 as advertised, it came to 299.00. They should honor the advertised price especially after wasting 45 mins of my time. What a joke. I’ll pay the same 299.00 but I’ll get it from Amazon. It’s no wonder retail is dead. They can’t even stock a shelf correctly.
I typically go to Lowes first but this time they didn't have what I needed.
Mike in the plumbing department at Home Depot
was more than willing to help me put together an idea I had in my head and had great advice. Not once did he try to rush us into getting our things so he could go back to restocking shelves. A+ for your customer service Mike
Worse customer service everyone I go in there. Not just me but most customers.
The employees can care less about helping you. It's like they see you then go the other way or just walk past.
I will order online from Amazon
Hard to find people to help you. Only one person working paint counter. 5 people waiting for paint, felt bad for the lady working the counter, she couldn't keep up. I only go there because they carry Behr paint, if it wasn't for that I could go anywhere else and find stores that will help you.
The cashier was super friendly and the personnel in their paint Dept.was exceptionally helpful. Hometown feel.
Home depot is better than lowes with prices and service. As a flooring contractor I visit her frequently! Keep up the good work
Easy to get to, clean, ample parking, friendly and helpful staff. Has most everything you're looking for.
There was a man with a Milwaukee shirt on that was so helpful. I couldn't believe how much he knew and how he didn't care to help me even if it wasn't his product line. This type of help is hard to find so I hope your taking care of your good staff members.
Went to buy area rug. No one in carpets so I asked the guy in cabinets for help. He told me he isnt permitted to leave his area. I had to ask him to call for assist for me. After over 10 min, I had to move 5 8x10 carpets myself in order to get the one I wanted. Then had to carry it to the front of the store by myself. The people at the checkout were pleasent which accounts for the 2 stars. Come on home depot, I know you can do better.
The prices needs to be more competitive but the service is good. Sam in plumbing is great. He is always helpful and very knowledgeable. He is great and one of the best employees there. He has helped me out with so many jams in plumbing.
Always clean, clutter free, helpful employees around every corner, has good quality products, Hassel free returns/exchanges. Pleasant place to shop and to get some inspiration.
Always the same, walked from one side to the other and back again. Nothing ever seems to be located near like products. Lamps are located away from light bulbs. Lumber aisles away from nails. Who would think to have related products nearby.
Lake Mary Home Depot is convenient for entering and exiting. Signage is not perfect, but visible. Exterior cameras are not set up very well. I know this because I was assaulted in the parking lot, and cametas did not pick up the assault. Interior is clean and items are easy to find. Bathrooms are available for customers use.
Their customer service is surely lacking. Will not be shopping here again. Employees were super rude.
Lucy at the front register was very rude to me during check out. She actually told me to shut up while I was talking to one of my partner at work
I want to give the orange city store 0 stars I've been here trying to buy a drill but can't get help this is ridiculouscr c
Great Home Depot. I've always had someone offer to help without having to run all over the store. Better prices than Lowe's.
I'm a homeowner and this type of store is a necessity but I really do enjoy wandering the aisles to see what cool stuff I can find that will enhance the value of my home! Also I like the self check out registers that are absent at Home Depots biggest competitor (the blue place)
