. And the incompetency continues, ordered appliances. Waited a week and they show up with dented appliances. The delivery guys tried to act like nothing was wrong! Then got upset when we refused the order and did not put are old appliances back in. Jerks! Cancelled the whole order.

Would have been faster to go down the aisle and pick up what I wanted instead of curbside pick up. Curbside stops at 6, waited inside for my item for 20 minutes.

This Home Depot, much like every other you may have been into, is fairly well-stocked, clean and, as usual for a Sunday, busy. The reason for my visit was to pick up a previous order. I waited no time at all in line for a friendly customer service representative to quickly find my merchandise and send me on my way. In the garden department I had couldn’t find the particular plant I wanted that wasn’t potted in a more expensive pot and had to settle for something else. The Black-Eyed Susans id been looking for were finally in stock but, sadly, in terrible condition and not worth the $14 price.
Bottom line? This Home Depot is a always worth a visit and usually has what you need.

Customer service desk leaves something to be desired. They are well stocked and the staff, for the most part, are always helpful and positive. We are going through the process of having our entire kitchen redone, and it's been a fairly easy process. Our representative has been forthcoming about every expense and even clarified the possible variables that may effect cost or time.

Some visits are good and some are horrible. It depends on which person you ask for help when it comes to good service. Only reasons why I shop at this HD is because it's the closest one and because of one cashier named Joni. She's one of their best employees.

The store never seems to have stock 1 when ya need 2.nobody to assist that's knowledgable.they are good about telling you what other stores 30 - 40 min away have the item when this one is 10 mins from my house

Customer service needs to be improved. Employee told me it would take him 20 mins to get ladder (which was sitting 20 feet away in same isle) before he could get the microwave down from 3rd shelf. Said he was the only one in department yet there were 2 people sitting in kitchen section doing nothing but chatting to each other.

Off all HP that are in the area this one in customer services get A+ it was very helpful having Orlando as our assistant!

I can always find what I'm looking for and if they don't have it I know they will order it for me. They beat prices and the staff are always friendly.

Stopped by today and was provided one of the best customer service experiences ever! He was kind and courteous, assisted in getting my new lawn tractor, tested and loaded in my truck. Thank you John (from Houston), you made my day! Oviedo Home Depot staff rocks!

A gentleman named John, who was working at the customer service desk, gets great cudos today. We went in to purchase a lawn tractor, and he was very kind and helpful. Best customer service from any Home Depot that I have been in. Thanks John

Extremely helpful. I had a manufacturing issue with. Lawn mower and they handled it perfectly! Keep it up.

Nothing bad to say here. Standard big box with a few sparse roaming employees. Can be difficult tracking someone down to help you.

I like home depot, it's my default hardware store. The only issue I had with this branch is their circular saw; I bought a 4x8 sheet of plywood and wanted it cut. The blade was dull and the guy wasn't in a good mood and my cuts were not square and the measurements were off. I returned it but I wasn't happy about the experience.

I love this Home Depot. I believe they need to work on some associate behavior but for the most part it's clean and most will help you.

Finding a knowledgeable employee that is willing to assist is like finding a unicorn. No one ask if you need help. Just horrible. This applies to many home depot locations.
