The Home Depot reviews
18Waited over 20 minutes for the isle to open so we could buy a charcoal grill. Walked around. Came back still not open. Yet employees working on the isle certainly had time to be on their phones. Going to our local ACE Hardware instead. Much better customer service there.
Pretty helpful when needed. Nice garden selection. We've come a few times to have some wood cut and they do a good job.
Both times I went here and I was hounded about signing up for the home depot credit card. After I told her no I asked if opened merchandise came at a discount before I could finish my question she cut me off and said no, there's nothing missing from the box. I didn't care about a discount I was just curious but just to prove a point I opened the box and showered her the manual and instructions were missing.she had the nerve to tell me all I have to do is go online and print out the instruction. I personally felt she was being vindictive because I didn't sign up for a home depot card.cashiers name was odette
The employees are very helpful you can find everything you need all the floor was clean and very organize I live this store.
I love home Depot. They have such a large array of products and their no hassle return policy is the best in the industry. I love that they email your receipts since I'm a paperless fan! They're prices are very competitive and their workers are very helpful when you need to locate a specific item. I recommend Home Depot over Lowe's.
We got what we went for. That is a good feeling. Would of been nice to have a choise to choose from. As it was they only carry one style.
I really hate going to this home depot
Every time I go there it's a big mess
Now they are remodeling the checkouts only can pay cash at one self check out
Only one register actually has a person working
Wonderful renovations in regards to the customer service counter area. But if your going to set up 4-5 beautifully renovated service stations, It may be a good idea to have people there to provide the services. I waited 20 minutes in line to exchange an item. Due to lack of proper staffing at these newly renovated 4-5 person work stations. ONLY ONE DESK OPEN.
Never have what you need, store is unorganized. It's like a Target now.i go to Lowe's in lake Nona.clean and much better.this one is just as bad as the one in kissimmee.isles are full of temporary iteams. Can't get around.like stcloud, this store sucks.
Everybody gets a clogged drain once in a while right? Well there are many products that claim to clear them but they come in different brands and prices. Lucky for me an associate just happened to be stocking them and recommended the best and cheapest one to clear my drain. And it worked.
I asked three times for help and was told each time that they would get someone in that dept. I waited for 30 minutes without any help. Then I just left. They only had one register open with an employee and it was backed up. Home Depot would unfortunately rather employ less people and put their customers to work than take care of their customers.
I went to home Depot to purchase a compound sliding miter saw that was on sale. The shelf under the product was empty so i found a worker who called and had it brought down from the steel in overstock. This all took place while I was shopping for other items and was done very quickly. Very happy with my shopping experience today.
They have great selection and average prices. But to get an associate that can help, not so great!
Worst customer service EVER.everyone's always on their phone they're not looking up stuff that's for sure they're talking or texting the only Department I ever like going to is where the keys are that's the only place I get good customer service from Jeff or Christi they are what makes that store and that's the only place I go to when I need help I hate going into some place and getting ignored right off the bat not even a greeting you know what happened to the good old days
It has good customer service and communication. As well as it is easy to get by. Aisles are correctly labeled and easy to identify. Categories ranging from supplies to tools and multiple types of utilities ranging in complexity. As well as tiles. Checking out is pretty simple.
Always can find what you are looking for and you don't have to wait long for knowledgeable staff.
Despite the millions spent on spots and print advertising, it's STILL just a large, glorified hardware store. Not terrific, but not bad. Sometimes hard to get hold of someone to help tou.
