The Home Depot, Hialeah FL

I had never received a frightening customer services like the one on this plase. Employees and management are so unprofesional. They sell the defective productos that others return at the regular prices.

Not one to help at the store. Not plastic bags neither. I ask a rep for help and he ignore me. Really bad experience at this store

Large HomeDepot outlet with more space and products than other HDs. We were able to find tiles and other home improvement products that were either not carried by another store or out of stock.

Good store just felt like it was hot and if you have problems walking the entrance amd check out are really far from each other other than that friendly staff good store

The staff did not help the customers when they walking around looking for certain things they did not ask can I help you

Young woman with glasses in the paint department. Was awesome i couldnt have gotten better service she was the best if i knew her name id tell you guys to give her a rise

Very helpful man by the information. Searched the computor until he found the right part. Very professional.

Home Depot is a great place for all type of selection of Home gardening tools and materials that you may need only problem is you would think that are so big that they will have better price selection 4 their customers but they really don't a lot of times you can go to your local hardware stores and find better prices

Guys, please, hire someone who speaks English, I understand we live in Miami, but this city still located in USA.

The usual problems. Finding something for your self I'd very difficult, before it was different because everything was kept in the same place. They constantly change the products of place. Mist of the staff does not know anything and disappear and the two who may know, have line of people waiting.

Rented out a broken machine, when I returned the machine they added a cleaning fee. Absolute horrendous experience. I will never visit a home depot store or recommend one. Time to start shopping at Lowes!

I rented a truck there and the guys in the rental department were awesome! Chris was the best! He really went the extra mile to help resolve my problem with my reservation and the other young gentleman (tall with the curly ponytail) was also extremely helpful. I had a wonderful experience. And did I mention the guys were super cute? Lol.

Avoid this location if you value your time and money. Worst customer service and they take it upon them to provide you with such service. Stay away.
