The Home Depot, Sunrise FL

This store is definitely huge and it was clean and very well organized! I purchased a buffer and had to return it because parts were missing. The cashier was courteous and efficient! Great customer service is ALWAYS appreciated!

Why are some customers so rude. The guy is watching over the section so no one gets hurt @ the end of the night. But the customer proceeded to yell profanities @ the employees because the section where he needed to go was closed off to restock the shelves. Literally 5 minutes or less before closing and this customer wants a huge order of lumber in the section that's blocked off, Get real Dude!

Why don't they have latches? They referred me to Walmart for them, but they didn't really have them either. I may have to try Hobby Lobby or Michaels to find them.

I went to this store on the weekend to get some plumbing parts to convert a single sink vanity into a double sink vanity. The older white haired stocky, sales associate I asked for advice took a look at the images and diagram I brought with me and started getting more and more frustrated as the time progressed. It seemed like he was in far over his head and started taking it out on me. He even took it upon himself to complaun to other customers about being asked for advice and took it upon himself to lecture my child which was patiently entertaining himself in the cart, to be quiet. Then he preceded to tell me that I should have thought this through before purchasing the sink and asked me why my husband isn't here with me. This encounter was so disturbing on so many levels, that I can't believe someone like that is let loose on customers in the 21st century, in a store where the layman is supposed to get help for their projects, no matter how ambitious they may be. The only saving grace was another taller, slender associate with, what I believe might be an Indian accent, that stepped in very nicely and calmly, took one look at the same diagram and images, asked a few questions, took the pieces from the shelf, layed them out on the floor and explained to me how they would connect everything. Thanks to this very knowlegable, calm and polite gentleman, we now have a double sink vanity installed.

My visit to Home Depot turned out okay thanks to Carlos because when I called before I went the Associate give me the wrong information plus she made up a fake name I hope she doesn't do this to other customers thanks again Carlos for your help I hope me nor my client have go through that again good customer service is the key to a successful company

This is one of my best visit to the Home Depot yes I do go there a lot but to find an attendant to get service mediately and then get checked out within minutes this was super

This place is a nightmare. I tried to get help for over 30 minutes but everyone was on break, except for one stressed out old lady. The managers were just hanging out and talking, apparently, they can't help customers.

To much attitude while returning defective light bulbs I bought the day before, also asked to many questions about a internet refund to. Returns should be painless when you have a receipt and just purchased the products the that week.

Found everything I couldn't find at Lowes. Sales Rep.young Lady.very knowledgeable of the products and where to find things in the store

Nice store find most of what I need. Sometimes shelves empty when stock is above. Pool supply area lacking

I really love home improvement stores and Home Depot is in my top 2 probably the number one spot. Depending on which store you go to do you have a very knowledgeable staff and an amazing inventory

Very poor customer service they definitely need more staff we waited 30 mins for someone to help with a return and until we asked for a manager who gave the ok via telephone who still didn't come and apologize we were still waiting for the worker from plumbing. After we were done he finally showed up. Need lots of improvement in staffing always the same every time I come here can't find anyone to help.

Great service, more items then the sawgrass home depot. Staff in garden section are very friendly

Most of the time that I come here and have to ask someone about were I can find an item no one knows. They don't even know about tools. Today one foreign short woman in the garden tools area got with bad attitude because I just asked her were to locate an item. People with this kind of attitude should not be working in a customer service area. They are not kind to the customers. The store should give the work opportunity to those who really love the job and are in need of a job.

This is a great store, it has everything you need for home renovations. Their store associates, for the most part, are very knowledgeable and can help you find what your looking for. However, DO NOT go there during the afternoon. It seems like there's not enough people working and the ones that are working during that time aren't really motivated to help.

Had a bunch of potted plants i had to return but i didn't have the receipt. (my bad) but I was disappointed because I couldn't even get store credit for them I didn't know they had a policy that you have to have a receipt for purchase of potted plants or have used a.credit1card to get a store.credit.

I do love the Home Depot chain.needed some line for my boat. The selection was very good and the prices were almost half of West Marine. One stop shopping.

This is probably my favorite Home Depot. It's not really ever crowded, and even if it is, it's so big you wouldn't notice. They have lots of parking. Their garden section is amazing! I can get lost in there for hours!
