Love this Home Depot location! We were able to walk in the store, find everything we needed quickly and efficiently, and the staff was very helpful when we needed assistance.

This has been my go-to Home Depot for years, and has never failed to meet my needs or expectations.

I frequent this store regularly. The customer service is poor and unfriendly. It has gotten worse in the recent past. Customer service ice representatives are rude and bothered if you have queztio s or need help. Make isles are close simultaneously with no regard for shoppers. The restrooms are not kept entirely clean, and shopping carts must be retrieved in the parking lot. After multiple negative shopping experiences mostly due to poor customer service, I seriously considered becoming a Lowes customer. Apparently, these issues are specific to this particular location. It seems other HD's still appreciate their customers. I doubt that I will return to this location again. Wondering if management is aware of the deteriorating customer experience.

Horrible experience the customer representative treated me like I was an imbecile when I told him what I want where it was they still question sure if I knew what I wanted. I would not recommend dealing with those two idiots again.

I wish I could do no stars. My 68 year old mother spent 800$ on flooring that she was given an attitude from an inventory worker about having to push for her and when I pulled up with the truck the employee was nowhere to be found to help loading. She is 68 YEARS OLD. THIS IS YOUR JOB. The next closest employee said he was unable to help and would find someone then proceeded to talk to yet ANOTHER employee and WATCH as myself and my mother loaded a dozen boxes of flooring onto the truck. This is a Saturday morning when the store was amply staffed and not yet crowded. No excuse for such laziness. Do your job.

Waited for 35 min for someone to help me. Called the store while I was in it, and asked 3 p errople to help me. All I wanted was some blinds to get shortened or cut. Had to leave and never got the blinds. Horrible customer service. Very understaffed

Horrible customer service, went to exchange a automobile battery that I bought 6 months ago that has a 3 year warranty. The girl in customer service desk danielle said that home depot does not do that.after 20 mins of arguing with me telling me she can't do that I told to call her manager, and he told her to exchange it.then she tried to justify her self be telling me she thought I said return, when I bring the other battery, she tells me she can't exchange it. They don't wanna work very lazy people

Just spent over an hour at the paint counter arguing with an gentleman named Arthur who swears he must know all there is to know about paint. Claiming he cannot make sherwin williams colors in behr pro! Imagine Home Depot advertising color match and you get to the counter and nah we don’t color match! This must be the only Home Depot on the planet that doesn’t. Delray Beach and Boynton Beach Home Depot’s would NEVER treat a business account like that. The real question is why Home Depot refuses to hire people with actual knowledge of the profession they work in? Instead they hire people so old they can’t even list the gallons of paint. Do better Home Depot today was shameful.

Waited in store yesterday for over 2 hours for someone to get a closet door. I could see the door just not reach it. I went home and ordered it online thinking it would be ready when they sent the email saying it was ready, NO! Another hour and a half because they brought me up a damaged glass door that was cracked. This store is terrible.

The cashier was AWESOME! I even had a young man load mulch for me and he had a super attitude! So much better than my shopping experience at another location yesterday!

But geuss what they don't have the right size or any selection of fittings ugh guy besides me says try jog Rd. I'm already twenty minutes away from work absolutely useless.

I needed to buy a LOT of wood and I only have a 5' truck bed. I spoke with the GM about my predicament and he took care of me. I am a Disabled Veteran and he really went above and beyond to help out a Veteran. Thank you! I really appreciate it. I will definitely be back.

Went to buy 4 items and ALL 4 were out of stock. I HATE THIS HOME DEPOT and try to shop at another Home Depot when I can.

It's Home Depot.
The customer wanted to go.

I never been to a HD and the paint department didn't think to even act like they wanted to help.

Overall it's HD.

Pro desk is once again understaffed and a problem at nearly every location in S Florida. It's ironic how the worst service goes to the most regular customers.a result of being arrogant about their monopoly. A very American practice these days.

0The employees did not know the store very well. I asked "Where are the moving boxes? " I was told isle 9 then 35 both were incorrect. Do better. When I finally found the isle it was closed. There was a employee putting things up on the shelf. He asked if I needed anything I said "Yes, moving boxes". He ignored my request and continued doing what was he doing.
