25I had good experience on this shop, first thing had merchandise that you can compare and buy and not excuses buy on line.
Looking at table saws. One display model was broken and the other was still in a box with nothing on display.
It was poor. We were going to make a large purchase and could not get any help. Ended up just walking out!
Had a very positive experience with a new, young associate. He not only escorted me to the location of the product I was looking for, he asked how the product is used as he didn't know about the product. Home Depot needs more associates like this young man.
I hate the flooring dept. I bought a lot because of the price but the help is horrible. Especially Ken he is as useless as hemeroid. I mean terrible. Avoid him. He walks around with his tool belt like he's doing some thing but the second you actually ask him for help he disappears. He did it 3 times till I got pissed and very loud. He insists on things he has no knowledge about and told me they did not have stock and I was looking right at it. Just avoid him get someone else to help you.
