The Home Depot, Pinellas Park FL

Much smaller than the other stores. Really annoying if you drive all the way there and find out they close earlier than other stores, despite being in a very active area. And I can never find anyone to help answer questions. At other stores, I get asked a thousand times if someone can help me. They get a star for being near an electric car charger at Applebee's. Hardly their doing, but I like that I can charge my car at Applebee's and walk over there to get a few things.

I’m leaving a 5 star review solely based on my experience with Katrina from flooring! I have never had someone so helpful over the phone. Due to my work hours I ALWAYS seem to miss the flooring department hours when I get there. They had a special that I saw for measuring so I was excited to get this and I have a location closer to me and when I called for help I was rushed off the phone and dismissed by the lady in flooring. She also didn’t want to honor the deal because the sign was not at her location. Well I’m glad they didn’t because that is how I ended up speaking to Katrina in Pinellas Park. She walked over to the sign and saw exactly what I meant and she said I’ll get you set up. She stood on the phone getting all my information, answered all my questions, and helped guide me the best she could to find a cost effective but good quality decision on flooring. She also told me about similar brands close to the colors I was interested in, instead of pushing me to the most expensive thing just because. I hope all employees learn from her customer service skills. She truly makes you feel special and makes you seem like you are the only customer. Thanks Katrina!

Which home improvement store has the most helpful employee?
It's been my experience that this Home Depot does! No matter if it's electrical, plumbing, or garden supplies that I need, there is someone to ask. At other stores the staff will either ignore you or are just rude.
Friendly and helpful staff here at The Home Depot. Prices are reasonable.
Good parking lot (but, the store customer pick up area now has painted parking lines, so some customers park and shop, making it harder to drive up and do a pick up).
Store's location is easy to get in and out of from either the main street (Park Blvd.) or side street.

I went to home depot to buy a barbeque. Deloris was knowledgable and helped get the items I needed. She also made sure I got it delivered free to my house. Will do my business with home depot.

This 5 star review is for Nick in flooring. Came here twice within 3 days for materials to setup my new place, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what Home Depot likely expects. I will definitely be returning here to see Nick for any type of home improvement needs. I hope to see him get promoted because he deserves it based off customer service skills and knowledge.

People that don't know where to send you sending you all over the place it wasn't a very nice experience.

All you want to buy to fixed houses.and art and craft things you can used returns $100 percent.plus fans and refrigerator s stoves cabinets toilets showers and you imagen.

The Home Depot that I go to is at Shoppes at Park Place St Petersburg Florida. I have found the people that are very helpful. Stores always clean every time I have been there. I suggest if you need something for your house or any project you take your business there.

I ordered ahead and I didn’t have any problems. Great service. I definitely will recommend this place.

Staff is friendly and very helpful. If you want quotes for big jobs head over to the service desk. That's a huge plus. If you shop online you'll have the option to pick up in store. I use this all the time. Simple and super helpful and saves me when I'm in a rush. HOME DEPOT - MORE SAVING, MORE DOING

I had exceptional service from a man in Hardware named George Metzler. Not only did he walk me to the itemized asking about but make sure I thoroughly understood how I could use it. When they didn't have a part to it he checked other stores until he found it and let me know which one to go to. George is a role model and customer service and care!

Park Blvd store terrible on inventory and keeping items in stock. This store is closer to my home, but I waste plenty of gas going to it and leaving without the items that I came for. Now I just head further to 22nd Avenue North because that store is much better managed

Frustrated because the bolt sizing tool doesn't match the bags the bolts are sold in. The one I needed was metric M6 ×1.0 which is what the tool told me and yet not a single bag said anything like that at all. What's the point of telling me a size that doesn't correlate to anything you offer? Maybe you should have a chart/tool that shows what it actually is instead of giving me a number that is absolutely useless to finding what I need. Very frustrating and disappointing.

The attendees were very helpful and new where everything I needed. There knowledge of inventory made my shopping a great day.
