The Inn at Boynton Beach

It's OK for a night stay, just passing through Boynton and need a few hours of sleep, come here. The bed was comfortable.

Kristine at the front desk has a serious attitude problem. She has NO people skills. Tried to check in however I forgot I turned off my card so I swiped and it declined, when I realized I turned it on and everything was ok. Upon her giving the 1st key my partner thanked her and said thank you sweetheart. She went ballistic called him a drunk, disrespectful and threatened to call the cops, then lied to the cops and said he threatened her and she's scared. Canceling the room as well. I have been in the hospitality industry for 10 years it's also my major. Never could I or my staff speak/treat guests that way. Kristine needs to find a different profession. "Sweetheart" the hospitality industry is not your forte. The reason I was getting the room was to have peace and quiet to study. She's a disgusting person. I understand people have bad days but in hospitality Ms. Kristine you want to make guests feel welcomed, you don't wear your personal issues to work. Kristine you're a terrible employee you should be fired because you are unstable, unprofessional and slow.

Awesome! I read the last 2 posts and got nervous but when I got here it is great. Stay at super 8 if you think this is bad because thats where we came from and its terrible there not here

Just horrible, started with phone in room to reach front desk don’t work so we have to call from ours, second the toilet don’t flush we had to put water in tank, then we get hold of front desk 3 times for them to send someone and still have issues. We also told them phone don’t work so call are number and they didn’t do they decided to knock on door and walk in, and last they don’t inform you they will be sending ppl to your room to spray for bugs.

Horrible service I wouldn't recommend going there the front lady was very rude and she denied giving payment back when I had already made a reservation online she was rude and tried escorting me outside when I was biengr very polite and ofc I was gonna be a little demanding knowing that they charged my card for a room and there was nothing saying that I would need a deposit I only booked it because it was cheap and close to my area and I was only going to stay the night because I had a flight to catch in the morning and when I asked for the manager she denied it and wouldn't let me speak to the manager and she also threatened to call the cops which at that point I was so frustrated I just left because I've never seen such horrible customer service ever in my life and if she can't handle working there then I think new staff is needed or maybe more staff

Terrible hotel. How did this have 3 stars?
Dirty and run down. Bathroom door wouldn't even close. And yes it has Cockroaches.
Not worth any price. Stay away

Check in is at 3pm, I came in early at 10am I asked if I could check in at that time she said she had rooms available for me to come in but she’ll charge me 80 bucks for 5 hours? First time of my time traveling that I go thru this. Don’t book here.

This hotel is a complete disaster. The photos are a lie. The rooms are run down with door handles falling off, outlets broken, shower heads busted. It felt so gross to even be in the room. The pool is repugnant with algae galore. There are cockroaches roaming the halls. Seriously the worst place I have ever stayed. I didn’t feel safe. I will never come back.

3 hours to check in because the couldn't find the reservation we already paid for. I was so stressed and upset I ended up spending the night in the hospital. Finally got back to my room and found that the door will not unlock without trying it 30 times. Toilet ran all night. No sleep. Woke up to take a shower and the shower is broken. Called the front desk a million times, no answer. Dragged myself downstairs to find no one on duty and a line of angry people and no employees anywhere. Sitting here trying to "enjoy" my last few hours here. Exhausted, dirty and enraged.

Do not stay at this hotel. The staff is exceedingly rude. Not only to myself but multiple guests that I saw in line. And they failed to tell you about $100 deposit, that is refundable but could take up to 5 days.

This place was absolutely horrible! The staff was rude, the room reeked of smoke and
cigarettes, the pool was so green and dirty, and the bedding had stains on it. Definitely wont be staying again!

Horrible, $70 a night room and the wifi doesn't work at all. Place is poorly kept up, feels dirty overall. Avoid this place if at all possible

Not a bad hotel when looking for economy stays. Probably one of the more affordable spots in pbc. They allow weekly and monthly. Just keep to yourself cuz the surrounding areas are kinda bleh.

This is a roach coach motel. I booked to stay for 2 nights and didn’t last 10 minutes. There were roaches crawling all over the place. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Only the third and fourth floor are renovated. Had to stay on the first floor the first night. The bathroom door knob fell off the door. Then I saw a cockroach. This hotel catfished me. The pool is FULL OF ALGAE
