I'm 62 and have been working out 5 times a week but needed to get a better handle on my health and something to help me with a plateau in my routine. Doctor Drapkin, Doug Zimmerman and the whole staff here is fantastic. I started seeing them about 2 years ago for post menopausal symptoms of tiredness, weight gain, foggy thinking and poor sleeping and let me tell you the change has been amazing!

Douglas and his staff at The Institute of Vitality are amazing. I have been referring clients to them since they opened and they are changing lives. Wheather it is weight lose, hormone replacement or overall health and wellness 100% of the people I have referred saw great results! They truely care about people as a whole person and not just a set of symptoms. And they have a great follow up program. One 72 year old gentleman we work with had severe health issues, he has now lost 80 lbs. And has been able to eliminate 6 of the 8 medications he was taking!

These guys really understand HRT above and beyond others in the market place. They are on top of what my body actually needs to run like a fine tune car.
