The Joint Chiropractic, Jacksonville FL

I make a weekly visit to The Joint, and the Mandarin location is the one I frequent since it’s closest to me. Their knowledgeable staff takes good care of me, and I always have the option to visit another location in the area which are all located near good shopping and dining. I enjoy the flexibility of a Joint membership and have now made this care a part of my lifestyle.

Very professional and knowledgeable Sydney is well equipped and has an excellent bedside manner!

My husband was still being charge a membership that he had canceled 2 years ago. He had called the chiropractors office about and they told him they would take care of it and that it would be ok. Nope, not the case. He was still getting charged $69 month. We disputed the transactions. Then couple months later we see the charges again there. We called and are still waiting for them to return our calls and refund us. Say no to the subscription! It’s a SCAM.

Great experience. The staff is very nice and friendly. They were very helpful and I felt relieved after going there!

If you have a concern, good luck getting someone to call you back. And when they finally do, prepare for them to be insensitive and have zero empathy for your problem. Be careful what you are signing up for with them!

My first Chiropractic experience and it was great! Addressed my issues and developed a plan to improve upon the amazing results of my first visit!

Very professional staff! The office is very efficient and the 2 Chiropractors I’ve dealt with have been great! I came in for ongoing back pain and over the course of 4 visits, my pain has gotten way better! I highly recommend them!

Very pleased, the doctor evaluated my
my back pain, did an adjustment, and gave me home instructions to get me back on the road to health. The visit was affordable also it was a weekend and I was able to get an appointment.

Always a positive experience at this location. Dr. Lareza and Dr. Knox are amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. The front office lady is so sweet and always caring. I would recommend this location to anyone. I came in with a bunch of problems and feel relieved and healthy after a few visits.

I have some of the best poops in their clean, well stocked premium toilet paper. Not only am I getting out all my aches and pains but leaving 10 pounds lighter.

The staff is amazing! LaResa is amazing! She is one of the few that can really get my neck to adjust. She goes above and beyond for her clients! The rest of the staff is always so friendly! Also on a seperate note (but shows how much they care for their customers). Mandarin location has the best toilet paper.

First let me say. I'm Grateful.and very thankful.l live in Mandarin. I had an injury and found myself not knowing were to go.
Googled.
And found. Dr Plotz and Dr Ozi working at another location in 2020-21.
They treated me. Was sooo amazed!
Now another Injury that put my back out of wack.could hardly stand up straight and walking /driving.ugh!
Found Dr Plotz, and Dr Ozi at their new location. What a blessing. Saw me ASAP.
I'll drive the miles to get the best treatment I know.again and again.
