Its alot that Come with staying there and they talk to u any kind of way and one of the kitchen staff was coming on to my lady its just crazy!

Horrible staff. Place is full of molly-addicts and most staff either sale dope or get kick backs from drug dealers. If they don't they still the food and donations before those in need can get to it.
Great place if your a using drug addict. Bad place if your trying to get back on your feet.

If you wanna to get on your feet this is the place you need to be at focus on what you need to do to get out don’t get comfortable because when you get comfortable you lose control of what your real focus is about they have good Resources including job housing and dental

This place needs STRUCTURE, ORGANIZATION, CHAIN OF COMMAND AND PROFESSIONALISM! I was grateful to have shelter however, the food made me sick, it gave me diarrhea an changed my bowels within a week. The staff uses just as much profanity as the residents or clients! Where is the professionalism? You don't know who is in charge around here. I felt like I was on a merry go round trying to collect the right information. I don't understand what kind of system they are running. I came here with a severe health condition in which my body odor is abnormal due to my health condition. Some were sympathetic, majority were not. What really disturbed me was me being an astute individual, highly educated seemed to have the hardest time getting help. I feel like they pick and choose whom to help. The part that needs the most work is how staff especially speak to clients. They need more private rooms for people who have severe health conditions. This shelter need some reconstruction (Ventilation systems in the shower) of the facility and especially the staff! They need to do background checks on the residents prior to admissions, they need to offer more services for mental health conditions, sickness, and put more rules into place regarding Profanity usage, sleeping, etc. The use of PROFANITY, AND NOISE IN THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS! You cannot rest peacefully here. AND MOST OF ALL THE COMPLAINING IS HORRIBLE! MAYBE, IF THEY HAD BETTER STRUCTURE IT WILL NOT BE SO BAD!
