Our experience with KBD professionals was genuinely exceptional. The team's designer, Megan, exceeded all our expectations, while the on-site foreman, Shane, was simply fantastic. Every single employee who came into our home demonstrated critical qualities such as respectfulness, friendliness, politeness, cleanliness, and punctuality. These qualities were essential given our parents' age and health conditions. We're thrilled with the outcome of our bathroom renovation, and we will use and recommend KBD for all of our home projects. (Starting with the second bathroom).

I have used KBF twice now - first on our primary bath in 2021 and again for the guest bathroom in 2023. Very pleased with both remodel experiences. The quality of workmanship and professionalism was good in 2021, and has improved two years later. From the attention to detail in the work to problem solving a leak, the commitment to the project was there everyday. Project Manager Shane, those at the KBF office and those working in my home always kept me informed about what was happening or coming next. Great experience overall and I have already recommended them to others. Guess it is time to remodel the kitchen! Thanks!

We had a complete remodel of our kitchen. The guys did an amazing job. When the day was done the job was cleaned up. Never thought our kitchen could look this good.
Big shout out to Bryan. He was here for demo & drywall work. He went the extra mile to make sure things looked perfect. Every business would love to have him as an employee.

KBR did a complete remodel of our master bathroom. They did a beautiful job with quality materials. They were very responsive to our requests and helped with selections when we needed it. Friendly and professional staff, always on time, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend them and would use them again for any future remodeling projects.

We had a great experience with The Kitchen and Bath Factory. We did a complete bath and bedroom make over including shower tear out, drop down ceiling removal, floor tile and carpet removal, popcorn ceiling finish removal. New ceiling texture, new wall texture in some areas, A pocket door was replaced and a barn door was added. New luxury vinyl flooring. Custom cabinet with quartz top was added. All new recessed lighting was added. Completely rebuilt all tile shower with frameless barn door. All new plumbing fixtures. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, skilled, helpful, responsive, and polite. This includes our design consultants, project manager, and trades people. And they called us at the end of every day to let us know who would be coming the next day and what time to expect them. All first class work and results. We could not be happier.

Roberto has been an amazing manager who always made us feel like our remodel was his highest priority. When problems arose he swiftly found a solution. Roberto was never further than a phone call or text away. He gave us a clear vision of what to expect at every step of the project. His kindness combined with his skills and professionalism have made our remodel successful.

Had them take care of a bathroom remodel for my business. They had to move a toilette, sink, install water fountains, and move a bathroom entrance. That way the county would approve the Change of Use. They got it done fast and professionally. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Unfortunately we used this company when they called themselves The kitchen and bath factory, (off Linebaugh in Tampa.) check the facts Regardless the Co is Not an accredited BBB member tho lists an A+ grade on website for 20+ yrs - (note on website- THE BBB AUTHENTIC SEAL is not present.) Company Family members list testimonials on website as A+ customer reviews to help with reviews. One review is from the employees wife. The company works under a CGC contractor's license, electrician and plumber - that you will never meet. Read the fine print on the back of contract, before signing anything check the measurements, & hand write on contract the promised end date of project and write in a % charge for each day they are not completed. Don't forget to Request the correct cabinets be delivered wrapped, protected, and undamaged. Take pictures each step of the way, keep a video diary of who, what and when in and out of your house. I am sure you too will have an experience to remember.

I have been in the home-improvement industry for over 25 years working for corporate America.
When I did my diligent research to secure a company to do a bathroom renovation and experiencing the company process I was so impressed with this company that I begged this company to give me the benefit of a doubt to allow me to represent their family name their values and their morals and I am so grateful that they did.
I promise you one thing I would not work for a company that I would not put my name on or that I would hire myself which I am on start schedule for renovations soon.
I have secured a position as a design consultant with this company and I could not be happier with the results that they provide my customers for going above and beyond to make sure that all jobs are completely satisfied.

Very seldomly do you find a construction company that can be a "one stop shop" for a kitchen and or bath remodel. Great showroom, great products; great employees that guide you throughout the entire remodel process.

I'm sad to report that this company is lacking in professionalism and responsiveness. I would not suggest anyone use this company. Customer service is not their forte.
We are in the process of redoing our kitchen countertop and sink. In order to do our due diligence, we decided to get quotes from different companies in our area. This was one of the companies we tried to work with. It was a cluster from the beginning. Understandably, they were not able to work with us in the showroom on our first visit since they were still moving into the store. No problem, we went ahead and set up a home visit to allow the company to measure and show us samples of different countertops. The salesman did not show up with any samples at all. Again, we were patient and decided to visit their showroom the following Monday. The salesman said he would be there to work with us. We showed up and the only person there was the receptionist. We waited 20 minutes for help and no one showed up. #Frustrated #MovingOn

*WARNING* I wish I could give zero stars. I used them for a bathroom remodel. In the beginning it seems as though they have it all together. You're in the showroom going over your dreamy ideas and plans with a well dressed employee who seems to care about you and the hard earned money you're putting into your exciting remodel.eventually a crew shows up here and there to make a mess, miss critical details in the plans, not show up, delay, delay, delay. So many excuses. My master bath remodel took THREE times the amount of time they told me it would. Part of their pitch was that they do not hire subcontractors.absolutely NOT true. It's taken me over a year to write this review because I was afraid I'd be too harsh but my goodness, I'm still so angry at their lack of care or concern for their customers time and money. I don't think there was a single employee that come over to work on the project that didn't complain or tell me horror stories about what was going on with other projects at the time. I tried to list the house but had to delay a bit because of all their delays. At our house closing, we learned that they never submitted all the correct paperwork to the county and we had to pay extra fees during closing. It was unbelievable! Their office staff is wonderful at calling and keeping up with payments though. You can only count on that! Shameful

Highly recommended! My experience with KBF was amazing from start to finish; I remodeled my kitchen and bathrooms and I am completely satisfied and in love with the results. “Todd” our designer provided recommendations and took his time in helping us create our new kitchen. His recommendations in the colors and accessories were exactly what I had visioned.

“Shane, " our project supervisor was amazing! He always contacted me to schedule and explain what work would be done on that scheduled date. He would personally come to my home to introduce the workers, he would explained what work would be done and then he would come back to see how the day to day work was going or he would call me asking if the work was done to my satisfication. While the remodeling was being done, I decided to make some changes and I was very pleased with the manner in which they responded, “We will make it happen”. “ALL” the employees were always on time, polite and respectful. There were several items that were not to my liking and all I had to do was inform Shane and he made sure that it would get done and that I would be completely satisfied with the results.
