The Lab Coffee - Heights, Tampa FL

It's a really nice coffee shop close to my yoga studio and I love coming here to continue my zen. It's busy but not overwhelmingly if you sit inside. The bagels are great - freshly made and perfectly toasted in my opinion. The coffee is fresh and tasty. The service is really efficient and friendly for a Sunday morning. Don't skip on this!

Stopped in for a coffee and bagel and came away with one of the best commuter breakfasts I've had in a very long while. Great quality, high value, will return!

Ok so it took me a while to try, because I miss Blind Tiger and was butt hurt. But I was missing out. Had the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. Terrific, nice crispy bagel (I’m picky about that!) sorry for it being half eaten in the photo, I was hungry. Lol

Not what I expected. The area looked a little rough. The inside needed more decor as it was plain and needed more seating but it was small on the inside. But overall coffee and breakfast sandwich was good.

Really solid little coffee shop. Excellent coffee and the best bagels I’ve had in Tampa (I’m from Brooklyn so I know my bagels….). Not much seating, closes early, but a decent, if basic, vibe overall. Lots of nice people, a fairly eclectic crowd (it’s SH, so, yeah), come in here to chat with. At first I thought the guys were a little unfriendly but now I realize they’re actually really nice, I think just kind of quiet. They have enough space to add some comfortable seating, and I think that would make this a perfect neighborhood coffee and bagels spot. It’s already close.

Got the bagel breakfast sandwich so sriracha Mayo but cream cheese on the side and cold brew with oat milk and vanilla, was fire! So far one of the best breakfasts bagel sandwiches I’ve had in a while!

I live walking distance to here and finally tried it for the first time last week. Been back 4 times since. Jalapeño cheddar bagel is absolutely addicting, coffee is tasty, and service is fast and friendly.

Best coffee shop in Tampa, hands down. Everything is delicious, I dream about their bagels & the burritos are the perfect size.
(But seriously get a bagel when you go, you’ll see what I mean)

I love the tea and the alternative milk options! I really wish they had more vegan food. All I can eat is a plain bagel. It would be nice if I could get breakfast or lunch here. Please consider your vegan (or health conscious) customers.

I’m thankful to work in walking distance of this heaven sent coffee shop everyone is always so kind and welcoming and they know how to make a killer dairy-free lavender latte. Highly recommend!

When I pass, I want to be baked into a Lab jalapeño cheddar bagel so I can spend my time in the afterlife among the things I loved the most. I’m going to tell my grandkids that when orcas tried their coffee and bagels, it solved our war with the ocean. I love this place and I’m so happy it’s in seminole heights now

My picky wife loved a latte and was throughly impressed. Very good bagels outside of New York City.

This is the second location we have visited. Both locations were friendly and the coffee and food was delicious. Staff is great and love the fresh made bagels. Only recommendation is to take a couple parking spots and make a area with some tables and umbrellas to stay awhile. The longer people stay the more they buy.
