Tony (owner) is amazing. Every time I need him he is there for me. I own several rental properties in the Lakeland area and if we need something he makes the time and gets it done, even quicker than my expectations. His recommendations are always honest and on point. I recently had another A/C company do an inspection because of the travel distance and they tried to sell me a new unit and duct replacement (15 drops). Tony's guys got up there and gave it to me straight. As expected the unit probably still has a couple years of life in it and the duct work was replaced about 10 years ago and is in good shape. There is so much bad in the HVAC business it is worth $10k+ to have a good company that you can count on! Lakeland Air Conditioning Company is highly recommended!

I realize it's the slow season, but I am still impressed with how fast they came out after I reported my A/C problem. Robert quickly diagnosed my issue as a simple breaker malfunction and replaced it on the spot. My air was blowing cold within hours after my initial call. It's no wonder why they have a stellar reputation! Highly recommended.

Jae Young came out to my house after our blower went out. Mr. Young had to drive all the way to Tampa to get a new one and installed it the same day.without waking my 9 month old son in the process. (the handler is right next to his room) all in all I highly recommend them. Thanks Jae!

I've used this company several times when I had to repair my old A. C unit, they are very professional, puntual, great customer service and offered the best price. This is why I decided to install my new unit with them. Robert Ortiz did an amazing job! He answered all of my questions, very professional, left the area cleaned, and follow up after the installation to make sure I did not have any problems. Price was fair. The Install Manager (Robert Ortiz Oyola) is experienced, knowledgeable, and an overall master of his craft. Robert makes sure things are done correctly. He is a leader and hard worker who makes sure the job gets done promptly and on time.

The service guy Jae was polite and very detailed. He took pictures and showed me the issue. I still have to wait to make sure it doesn't leak but i feel confident it won't. He was great and I will definitely use them again. The price was decent also.
