Taylor was awesome—super gentle with my lashes as she worked to perform the lash lift and tint. Excellent service and the Lounge was prestine. Highly recommend

I confirmed the cost for the service with the front desk twice before getting the service. Once the service was completed the receptionist added an additional fee of $20 for my daughter and I due to us being assigned to a senior stylist. This is ridiculous. This information should have been given to me before the service and then let me decide if I want the service. I felt like the receptionist intentionally omitted this information. The threading was ok but I expected a more thorough job for the price.

Very fast service and amazing results, very nice techs and good price.just wish the lash shampoo was a bit cheaper!

I dont do bad reviews but this time is really terrible. Had reaction after a refill. They told me they will take it off free but won't give me any refund or anything. My first one is fine had it more than a month no problem but I'm not sure what glue they use on the first refill which causes my eyes to swell for the the second day.

I regularly get my eyebrows threaded and have never experienced a “threading” experience where over 50% of the time is spent plucking my eyebrows with tweezers. Eyebrows came out uneven and it didn’t seem like the tech knew what she was doing in terms of threading. Would advise getting eyebrows threaded here if you are used to typical eyebrow threading.

Audrey S.is simply amazing! She listens to what you want and the results are perfection. I love talking to her while getting my lashes, like talking to an old friend. And today someone complimented me on my lashes thinking they were real!:) enough said.

Absolutely fabulous! I came for a lash lift and tint. I can’t do lash extensions but wanted to add some love to mine. Gaby talked through the options. I LOVE the results! They look so much bolder without any mascara. I love the curl! Gaby was very knowledgeable and made me so comfortable! I would recommend seeing her for natural or extensions!

I love this place! I’ve tried a couple different places and this one is the best by far. The front desk is always friendly and helpful and all the technicians are artists! I love Samantha as my technician, but when she is not available all the girls there are great. They also give great discounts if you use someone who is training and they still do an excellent job, like I had Gaby today and my lashes look and feel great. They are all friendly and professional and always do what you want and prefer. If you haven’t tried them yet you should!

This was my first visit and felt very at “home” when I walked in. Audrey was so accommodating and did an amazing job.

It was my first time at this Lash Lounge and with Audrey. She did a classic fill and eyebrow tint that both looked very natural (my request) and took less time than other locations. Fabulous!

I was having a hard time finding a new lash place but so I’m glad I found this one! Everyone is so nice and Audrey did an amazing job!

I showed up 8 minutes late. Called ahead to alert them, said ok. Then asked if I had contact lenses in, replied “yes. ”

They replied, “oh, you have to take them out. ” I had to walk back out to my car. Once back inside, told I had some mascara on my lashes, and asked to wash at the sink.

Then approached by the manager, and told they could no longer do my appointment because they ran out of time. I explained to the manager that I was not given any preset instructions about contact lenses, etc, and that this was my first lash lift ever. Poor communication and customer service. My lash lift was never done.

Went to a previous lash place and got super bad irritation to the glue. Klaida removed my lashes and did a couple test lashes to make sure I wouldn't have a reaction to the glue they use. I came back a week later and got a beautiful full set from AJ. They both cared a lot about the health of my eyes and lashes rather than just making money. They made me feel very comfortable and the customer service from everyone I interacted with there was amazing!

I am officially OBSESSED with lashes. I could never do falsies because I'm just not talented enough, they would always curl up or fall off. So I decided to just go ahead and do a set of hybrid lashes and see how I feel about them. And man, I am in LOVE. My stylist Jaimy did such an amazing job. She was so sweet, friendly, and meticulous when it came to placing each of these little lashes on. I could never do what she does. All these ladies that do this have talent for sure, but I can't wait to go back and see Jaimy again. Thanks girl for making me look so amazing. My confidence has skyrocketed!
