The Laundry Room, Orlando FL

This is a very clean and well lit laundromat, with the larger machines that we needed to wash a bedspread and bed pad. Bring lots of quarters or use their machine for change.

Excellent place for a quick laundry. We were passing Orlando on a road trip and in one hour we ended with all the clothes clean. They have everything you need, a lot of washing and drying machines. Different payment options

The manager is not friendly and polite to work with public. The man who cleaning is very friendly, helpful and kind. Change the position, please!

Its was okay, most people that go there are parents so it tends to be chaotic. Also, the prices for the drop off service are ridiculous.

Terrible, it was supposed to be opened until 10pm, I arrived at 9pm and they did the let me in. I had literally no other clean clothes left and desperately needed to wash them in that day.

Outstanding! I just keep saying WOW! I was amazed at how much thought was put in to The Laundry Room. From the layout, cleanliness, kids section, serving, exceptional value and especially the team! You made my day. Special shout out to Cesar! You are a true Ambassador for your company.

I had an amazing experience with the pick up service while on a business trip in Orlando. The service was timely, my clothes smelled great, and the staff was friendly and easy to interact with, quality establishment.

Horrible experience! The website tells you one price and when they charge your card it’s a different amount. FYI they will hold your clothes if you don’t make a full payment. Communication with them sucks especially if you are a new customer like i am, that’s the last time these people will see me!

Here’s an update after an horrible experience. Manger/owner reached out personally and worked with me to get a better experience. Im glad things was able to get resolved quickly. Y’all please don’t give up on your first time if you have a bad experience. We all make mistakes and learn from them.

First time I use this service and it was real bad. First they lost a pillowcase. Then I ordered a laundry bag that I never got. I spoke to the manager and assured me I will get it the next day and never got here with the excuse the driver said it took him to late and couldn't drop it and assured it will be dropped the next day. Quess what? They didn't drop it the next day I spoke to the owner and he assured me it will be delivered. Quess what they didn't. They gave me a 10 dollar credit for the lost pillowcase and I called and told them to forget about the laundry bag and to give me a credit for it as well. With all this unorganized situation I will never use them again and don't not recommend this service. I wouldn't give them half a star but if I don't it won't let me post this review

First and last time those washing machines never clean the clothes, I put very good soap and detergent and it came out of the washing machine smelling horrible like rotten gas, which is disgusting, I recommend not wasting your time and money in this place. My blankets were all left smelling bad, what a robbery.

Wash and fold service was done in rapid time and at a great price. Laundry smells fresh and washed well.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. PLACE IS ABSOLUTE DISASTER, ALL THE WASHER MACHINES HAVE A HORRENDOUS DISGUSTING SMELL! LITERALLY SMELLS LIKE NAIR HAIR REMOVAL. I MADE SURE TO ADD EXTRA DETERGENT AND SOFTNER BUT THE CLOTHES STILL CAME OUT WITH THE NAIR SMELL

DRYERS ARE 2.50 to start only 33 mins and each quarter adds like 4 mins.

Very good Laundry but lately they are not having good attention with maintenance and the air does not work anymore

We were able to get a lot of Landry done (wash/dry) in less than one hour because of the speed if the machines. The location is not in the best neighborhood but security is visible and the location is clean.
