I liked that they had both a flat monthly fee and an hourly fee. For the hourly fee I could call and email them as much as I wanted for updates on my case, but I knew that every call and email would cost me. In the end I went with the flat fee since I had previously hired a different attorney hourly and it got pretty pricey.

It was a smooth process and for the same price as using a title company I was able to have a real estate attorney represent me. Would use again.
