This guy is fraud and criminal in nature he’s all about getting your money and disappear and when you reach out to him he will ask for new money and would not refund your money that you have already paid in thousands.

He promises following thorough but in the long run you have to chase after him to get in touch. He will eventually try to settle the case. He is so busy that he would rather pay attention To as many cases as he can other than yours, no matter how much you are paying. Specially when money is not an issue. Mr. Kenneth M. Kaplan has been a "bright-light" nearing the end of a very long, dark tunnel-a tunnel unnecessarily manufactured by The Child welfare System and Dependency Courts.

Historically:

I have had numerous types of experiences-over 30 years with different levels of the Court systems, participating in "Various" capacities. (These legal issues  were for positive reasons, some great-and others, definitely not so much.) Of course, I've observed many types of Lawyers along the way.

I sadly say in all those years, I've seen and/or witnessed my share of paid off lawyers, ignorant lawyers, lawyers who dont listen to their clients, rude lawyers, lawyers who don't know and/or won't follow the law, lazy lawyers, Lawyers who just plain ole- don't care, and the list goes on!

WELL- Mr. Kenneth M. Kaplan supersedes and certainly surpasses all of the hundreds of attorneys I've encountered, watched, or known over those years.

As anyone who has been down any kind of court system roads may know-it can be quite taxing, overwhelming, stressful, time consuming, and completely unnecessary- all the while putting strains on any family and most definitely leaving a wake without having proper representation. This can be absolutely devastating For You And Your case.

 I can honestly say, what I'm currently experiencing with the legal system- I'd certainly be skeptical when getting any new attorney on aboard to handle my case, especially at last minute.

Amazing work done on His part, "slaying" the System's cliquish mentality.

Please know, the severity of this case.

 I was looking at potentially losing one of my 6 daughter's  "forever" until He came along.

Now we are moving in the right direction, even though the system of course is still trying to twist, turn and avoid owning up to their lawbreaking ways,   Mr. Kaplan (Ken) is on the case and seeing it through.
 
In my viewpoint it only proves that the System was "oh- so wrong" about the whole situation all along and I believe they deserve to be reprimanded for putting our family through this hell!
