I highly recommend the Leak Doctor and especially Josh. He was extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. He found the leak and repaired it better than the builder.

Jonathan deserves 5 stars for his incredible honesty and quality work. After 2 hours, he pinpointed the cause of the leak. There was a needle-size crack on one of the pipes. He used a piece of rubber and cramp to patch the leak as a temporary solution. Jonathan is very honest, and charged us the negotiated rate of $350. Thank you so much for your hard work Jonathan!

David was amazing today! He arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He listened to my comments regarding the concern, and then quickly identified the area with a problem and marked it for the plumber to repair. There is absolutely NOTHING else he could have done better today!

They misdiagnosed my leak and then broke the valve to my washing machine. Now I need plyers to turn the water on. Didnt check to see if the water came back on. Nope, all good here. I'm leaving now. Good luck, we'll send ya a bill.

SENIOR CITIZENS BE AWARE: Volusia County water monitored my water usage from Aug 2022 until Mar 2023 and called me about this water leak. Josh from the Leak Doctor came to my home on Tues-Mar 21,2023. I paid $450.00 for a leak found fee and $2200.00 leak pipe repair plus a $30 tip that less than 24 hrs. Volusia County water leak verified not resolved. Josh returned on Fri-Mar 24,2023-He secured the faucet. He did not address the damage he did to my rock top-graveled flowerbed when the sounds he heard was not a leak, but the grounding wire to the house. The pipe he “replaced” was intact. And, he did not admit any wrongdoing about the leak repair job he did. On Mon-Mar 27,2023, due to mistrust in leak specialists, I and my neighbor found the expansive leak and my neighbor repaired it. Volusia County water verified the leak resolved. Josh/Leak Doctor left me with another expense of a hefty repair, replant and clean- up job. The Leak Doctor offers Advanced Technology but Josh is a poor technician and the quality of his work is inferior. I believe he was deceptive and dishonest with me. If ever I have a water leak problem again, I will not call the Leak Doctor.

Contacted The Leak Doctor today and David was able to pinpoint the leak, and refer me to get a full repipe quotes. David was very courteous and knowledgeable.
