I love it, from the treatment to the facilities. Thank you for allowing me to get to know you and all that beautiful things you convey with the children and teachers.

The Learning Center is a wonderful place. The teachers are kind and love the kids and really push to have the kids learn and grow. It’s also an extremely inclusive school. Accepting of kids of all skill levels and learning disabilities. It’s a wonderful place to send your child for preschool.

I love The Learning Center of Dr Phillips and would recommend them to any working parents. They are incredibly responsible, caring, and responsive. They create an engaging and learning environment that my baby girl is so excited to experience every morning. Thank you to the staff and administration for caring for my daughter so well.

Absolutely delighted with this preschool! Our son has been attending for 3 months now, and we couldn't be happier. The teachers are loving, and he's always excited to go. It's been a lifesaver for us as newcomers to the area. Highly recommend!

Update: this new ownership does not care about their clients. They sent out an email on Friday afternoon (7/28) announcing this:

Effective Monday July 31st, the new program schedule will be as follows:
1. Full-Time Program:
Children enrolled in the full-time program will have an extended day from 7: 00 am to 5: 00 pm.
2. Afternoon Extended Program:
This program will run from 5: 00 pm to 6: 00 pm, providing a supervised and nurturing setting for the children during this time.
Please note that the Afternoon Extended Program will be available at an extra weekly charge.

How would someone have time to make arrangements with their place of employment? TLC notified parents on Friday afternoon and the change takes effect the following Monday.

I am writing this review with an overwhelming sense of disappointment, disgust, and deep concern for the safety of the children at this preschool. My recent experience with this establishment has left me utterly repulsed by their complete disregard for the well-being and security of their students.

The incident that transpired involving a young toddler wandering off and suffering a gnash is absolutely inexcusable. It is beyond comprehension how a preschool, which is entrusted with the care and education of young children, could allow such a dangerous situation to occur. The fact that this incident was a result of a racist teacher's negligence only adds another layer of outrage to this already horrifying situation.

The safety of our children should be of the utmost priority in any educational institution, especially a preschool. Parents should feel confident and assured that their little ones are in a nurturing and secure environment. However, this preschool has clearly failed in this fundamental aspect. How can any parent trust an establishment that cannot even ensure the basic safety of its students? It is not just the incident itself that has left me appalled, but also the complete lack of accountability and responsibility demonstrated by the preschool. Rather than promptly addressing the issue, conducting a thorough investigation, and taking appropriate action, they seem to be brushing it aside. This lack of transparency and urgency only serves to compound the sense of betrayal and disappointment I feel.

I implore the management and staff of this preschool to take a long, hard look at their practices and make the necessary changes to ensure the safety and well-being of every child in their care. It is high time they recognize the gravity of their failures and take immediate steps to rectify the situation.
To any parents considering enrolling their children in this preschool, I strongly advise against it. The safety and security of our children should never be compromised, and it is evident that this establishment cannot provide the level of care and protection that our precious ones deserve.

In conclusion, I am utterly disappointed, disgusted, and repulsed by the lack of safety and responsibility displayed by this preschool. Their inability to prevent a young toddler from wandering off and suffering harm is a testament to their negligence. They should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves, and I sincerely hope that they take swift action to address their failings and prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

I have had the opportunity to share as a professional for some time with the teachers, directors and children of The Learning Center and I have felt very comfortable in this place. It is a safe space for our children.

For some time, I have been able to participate as a professional with the teachers, directors, and kids of The Learning Center. This place has given me a great sense of ease and comfort, knowing that it is a secure environment for children to grow and learn.

I am happy that my baby has been in this nursery for a year and he is super happy with his teachers and the staff that work there, and for me that is a sign that they take care of him and treat him as if he were our home!

I am writing this review to share my deeply concerning and heartbreaking experience with The Learning Center of Dr Phillips. As a parent, it is my responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of my children, and unfortunately, this daycare facility has failed miserably in providing a secure environment for kids. It is my duty to warn other parents about the negligence, discrimination, and overall lack of care exhibited by this establishment.

First, I must address the discrimination that I witnessed at this daycare. It is disheartening to report that they do not treat all children equally. I observed instances on the WatchMeGrow camera app (in which I paid for a year subscription) where certain kids were favored while others were unfairly ignored or overlooked (hence my daughters fall later in this review). Discrimination should never have a place in any educational setting, especially one that caters to the innocence and vulnerability of young children!

Furthermore, the daycare's aggression towards the children was distressing. I have witnessed via live camera instances where teachers pull children by one arm to seat them.

The most recent incident that haunts me is the day my daughter suffered a horrific slip and fall accident while under the care of The Learning Center of Dr Phillips. Due to the daycare's blatant disregard for safety, my daughter was left in a hazardous situation that resulted in her needing stitches. The doctors have informed me that there is a high chance that this incident will leave a permanent scar on her forehead, which is devastating for both her and our family.

The response of the daycare staff during this critical moment was utterly disappointing. Instead of promptly attending to my injured child, none of the teachers ran to her aid. It was my daughter who had to seek help from one of the teachers, displaying a complete lack of awareness and concern from the staff. When my husband and I spoke with the owner, she was extremely defensive at first. Upon reviewing the camera footage with her, we were both appalled by the loud sound of the fall and how it was ignored.

After my daughters horrific fall and injury, I made the decision to IMMEDIATELY remove my children from their care.

My husband and I asked the owner for a full refund (my daughter attended only two months) and in the beginning she refused, and then started negotiating? We felt as if we are negotiating or bidding on something. A refund of the two months would have been a minor percentage of the hospital bill. Not to mention the babysitting I’ll be receiving while finding a new daycare and the life time scar in the middle of my daughters forehead.

I urge all parents to THINK TWICE when considering The Learning Center of Dr Phillips. I sincerely hope that by sharing my experience, other parents can make informed decisions and avoid subjecting their children to the potential dangers and neglect that I witnessed at this establishment.

PS I tried posting pictures of my daughters scar, but it keeps getting taken down from Google. Also, the owners keep taking down my review, and this is my third time posting, as they do not want this to be exposed.

We love this institution! My son feels so happy here, without a doubt it is like his second home, it has been a very pleasant experience for us as parents and for our little one! The facilities are beautiful and safe, the teachers and all the staff are wonderful, they all have a lot of love, patience and dedication to the little ones and they carry out their work with great commitment and responsibility! I feel calm because I know that my son is in very good hands and has a beautiful place where he has fun, learns and socializes with his classmates.it is a stage that we will not forget and a magical place that welcomed us and for which we will always be grateful! The Learning Center of Dr. Phillips is an exceptional preschool that has exceeded our expectations. Ever since the change in ownership, I have witnessed a remarkable transformation in the level of attention and service provided by the school. The dedication and commitment shown by the new owners have elevated the overall learning experience for our children.

From the very beginning, it was evident that the new management prioritized the well-being and development of each student. The teachers and staff members have gone above and beyond to create a nurturing environment. The socio emotional support they are offering is amazing! They have implemented an amazing program.

The quality of education at Learning Center Dr. Philips is truly top notch. I have noticed a significant improvement in my child's academic performance. Staff is so careful and dedicated. He is so happy to come every day to school. We as parents are so grateful to have chosen this center to our child. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this center!

I finally found a place that wasn’t fully booked in the Dr. Phillips area for my 2 yo daughter, and now I understand why. My daughter would come home with scratches and bruises without any incident reports being done or communicated to me. When I would ask staff what happened, they would look at me with dumbfounded faces like they weren’t even aware that my child was being injured. Not to mention my child had 2-3 different “teachers” in her classroom in the short period she was there. When I asked to speak to the director, she did nothing to address the continuous problem. Management is poor and their communication is horrible. I had to pull my daughter out of that daycare mid year despite how inconvenient it was for my schedule and find another location that was super far from home. Very disappointed and I would NOT recommend.
