The staff is very friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate our family. The facility is clean and inviting. Very happy our child attends TLE.

My daughter loves going to her toddler class! The staff is very communicative and will resolve any issues quickly. The management was gone for a week for training, and you would have never known it.

My daughter LOVES this school. She has learned way more than I would of been able to teach her myself. She was a shy quiet girl when she started two years ago and now the teachers are like family. She talks all the times and makes a point to give them all hugs at the end of the day. Her teacher Ms. Crystal goes above and beyond for these students and truly cares about her kiddos and their families.

I have two children that attend The Learning Experience of Wesley Chapel. I have never met more passionate teachers as well as friendly staff. My kids love coming everyday which makes my heart happy. I had them at another daycare facility and my son was being bullied. It took a toll on his confidence and I have never seen him happier than when he is playing with his friends or learning with Mrs. Crystal. I love love love this school. I was lucky to observe a fire drill yesterday, when I came to read in my sons class. I was blown away with how organized it was and how well the kids listened. I highly recommend this school. This daycare is a blessing to my family the employees are caring they help my child to make positive decisions and for the record Miss Krystal is Amazing and compassionate person.

My son has been attending for 2.5 years and every caretaker he has interacted with has been wonderful. During the weekends he mentions missing his teachers, especially Ms. Crystal, which to me is a great sign that he loves who he is around and happy with where he is attending. Their VPK curriculum has also impressed me.

Great day care. Our son loves it and they do actually have interactive learning technology which is pretty cool.

I love this daycare! The teachers and staff are all very nice and caring, and I can tell they really enjoy the kids. My son loves his teachers. I am amazed at the new things he's always bringing up or asking about; obviously continuations of what he's learning. He's making great friends and always comes home tired! Brookelynn made signing up very easy! She explained everything and always had a smile for all the parents when they come in. The director Cindy and assistant director Diana are always so helpful when letting parents know about the curriculum. This is a great daycare!

Disappointed with our experience at this center. This was our second time having a child in daycare so we had our experience with our oldest at another Provider to compare to. Our experience with the infant room was chaotic and unreliable due to staffing, most times when a concern was brought up with staff in the room the response was “I’m just the floater, I can’t answer that. ” Or “I’m not sure, I wasn’t in the room at that time. ”
It was disconcerting when your infant can’t come home and speak for themselves, you need to feel as though you can trust the people that are caring for your child.
There was a day when our infant was not fed for 7 hours (no bottle was given) because somehow staff had overlooked his feeding schedule.
Over the 6 months we attended there was a change in Leadership. Several conversations were had both before and after that change regarding concerns and inconsistencies with staff and following feeding schedule, entering the daily notes in the app.
We were told certain steps would be implemented to try and ensure consistency, but as far as we saw they may have been initiated but not enforced.
Things did improve slightly when we transitioned to toddler room.
Our child ended up being hospitalized due to pneumonia and was out for a week, no one called to check and see where he was or how he was doing.
Overall there were Too many conversations and concerns to be had, and we felt that our child was ultimately a number or dollar sign.
On a consistent basis we overheard staff speaking very loudly, almost in a yelling manner to the kids in the older classrooms.
We have attended other centers/schools for our oldest child and have never heard teachers speaking in such tones.
Management might benefit from consulting with other area Providers who have been around longer.
There were staff who seemed to truly care for our child, but the frustration and concerns experienced within the initial 6 months outweighed and confirmed our decision to leave.

You show all your lovely and kindness trough my daughter happiness in the center, I’m glad to have my daughter with you because she loves her teachers and I can see how she grows up with your help. I have to thank you for help us in our process with her. God bless you all!

I’ve been a teacher at The Learning Experience Wesley Chapel for a year and a half, and I can honestly say this company is amazing! They go above and beyond for their teachers and I always feel appreciated from each of them. Im happy to call them family!

I love this place! We toured many places before choosing this one. The place is always very clean, it is very secure (which was one of the most important things we were looking for) and it has by far some of the nicest teacher and admin! Ms. Diana, Ms. Ellie, Ms. Manal, Ms. Brookelynn, and Ms. Gayle are the absolute sweetest and the rest of the staff is just phenomenal! It is the one place where I felt very comfortable with the beautiful ladies that run this place. My 14 month old daughter loves this place and got very comfortable with all the teachers. She is happy to go everyday. I also really love the App and all of the updates and pictures that they send to let us know what she's up to all day. I highly recommend this daycare!

Have not started my infant son yet but appearance matters! Very clean, staff is very welcoming and professional. Being a first time mom, I feel at ease leaving my son here. I have trust issues and bad thoughts of things that can happen in a daycare but I feel at peace with The Learning Experience at Wesley Chapel! Looking forward to building relationship and seeing my son learn and grow.

Absolutely love this location! My son has been going to TLE for a little over 8 months now and has learned so much! The staff is so good with him. I feel so comfortable leaving him there during the day while at work. Definitely would recommend them to any parents looking for a good daycare.

I gladly take my daughter to their facilities because she is happy there, there are those who say that day care in general is expensive, but I don’t think it is the cost that matters when they help you with the best will to educate your child.since childhood, with love and patience.

Love both the place and the staff! Coming from a day care across the street, my son loves it there. I can honestly say that a day hasn’t passed where my son isn’t in a great mood when I pick him up at the end of the day. I’ve had no issues with the facility or the staff, everything is maintained clean and safe for my son and the staff is honestly very understanding and awesome to work with!
