First time in the store and was blown away! Amazing customer service and so so much variety!
I was looking for a specific bead and staff looked tirelessly till we found what I was looking for. I can't wait to visit again!

Our experience was awesome! My friends and I got permanent jewelry put on and we are in love! The collection of beads they carry is extensive and gorgeous! 10 out of 10!

Awful experience with the son Michael. Purchases items from vendors, then stiffs the vendors on the bills. The mother and father have a history of this that is outlined with the better business bureau. Families like this are the reason that small business can no longer survive. Please avoid these scammers at all cost.

Edit terrible people.purchased gold scrap ring on eBay. Claimed it was fake and sent back a plastic ring in return. I will spend $5k to make a $200 point with these people. Also check out the owners wife’s fans only. She’s big into DP and BBC

So many beautiful things with oh-so friendly customer service. They are always so patient while virtual shopping and Lisa makes such awesome pieces! Definitely a place to visit while in Florida.

Good stock and amazing display. We went here in a vacation to make an item together. Sadly we were rudely dismissed because a class was starting. The woman embarrassed my mother who had returned to purchase new things and to re-do a bracelet she had previously made there. I was mortified at the lack service and rude response. I would recommend either 1) putting a sign on the door stating no walk-in business during classes or 2) having more staff to accommodate walk-in business. We did not and will not return because of the rude response and bad business practice.

To include everything that is great about this store, I would have to write a book instead of a review. The inventory is vast and the staff is remarkable. They know so much about beads, tools and design and they don't hesitate to share with the customer. The classes are exceptional - I have learned so, so much from them. But best of all is the welcoming attitude and feeling of acceptance no matter your skill level. They are the best - go there!
