When I relocated to Tampa in August to be nearer to my girlfriend, we found ourselves in a tight spot: we needed a home by the end of October. To complicate matters further, we had our hearts set on new constructions, a daunting request given our timeline. If your a Veteran and not using Nico, you should be. As a first time homebuyer, there was so many things I did not know that went into buying a house but Nico was really patient with me and would be super quick to respond. This is how amazing he is. So I was under contract with one house and the deal fell through due to seller not wanting to fix issues after the home inspection.
