I have rented from the Listing Real Estate Management for two years now, and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with them. They have communicated with me in a timely manner as well as done everything they could to make my experience with renting from them simple and easy. They provide easy access for paying rent each month, which is accessible online.

I would encourage this company to improve their communication immensely. As an applicant I waited 10+ days to get a response on my application. I was informed my proof of income would be acceptable only to be denied for that very reason. I had to provide the same information over and over and had my time and money wasted applying. Would not recommend.

I used this team for the purchase and now the property management of my new investment property in Orlando! Great to work with and they do an extremely good job. My experience was great. I viewed a rental property and the agent was very nice and very professional. The home did not suit our needs but we enjoyed the scheduling and tour experience. Hopefully they have a property that better suits what we're looking for.great job!

The Listing has provided excellent property management service for my new rental home. I purchased the property recently and everything has gone extremely smooth.

Do not work with these people they are scammers.last year they rented a property out to me KNOWING the building was infested with termites.came home one night to my termites swarming my bed. Good luck getting in contact with them, they never answer the phone. Seriously stay far away from these people!

As distant owners, we've used The Listing since acquiring a rental property in the Orlando area. I was very impressed with the frequency and detail of communication when trying to find a tenant. In marketing the property, The Listing put out a great looking YouTube video to help attract tenants - they were able to find a tenant in about 3 weeks! The team is very responsive to any inquiries, and within 48hrs of Hurricane Ian, sent me a property report with pictures of how things stood. Very impressive. My wife and I are very happy with The Listing, and feel very confident knowing that Jobe, Genesis, and team have our property well looked after.

Absolutely terrible! I have been on the phone for the past 9 months trying to get a refund on the amount I overpaid before I moved out. I have spoken to some of the agents and they’ve all been pleasant but continue to give the run around and nothing gets solved. Not to mention the fact that they never fixed things when I lived the property.
