Lock Up in Bonita Springs, FL is outstanding in every way! First, you’ll encounter some of the most professional customer service personnel in any industry! Shout out to Gregory and Kevin! Your next experience will be touring their facility. It’s clean, appropriately climate controlled and the multi level floors are well managed with the use of an elevator. The overall facility is tremendous, convenient, and a surprisingly positive experience (considering we were moving)! Lock Up rocks!

As widowed grandmother, I am very disappointed in the HUGE rate increase! You know there are no basements in Florida and I feel that you are just taking advantage of this situation. PURE GREED!

Cant say enough good stuff about this storage facility and its staff. We recently moved from a nearby storage facilty to this one and we saved about half the cost. All of the members of the staff were excellent to deal with and went beyond all expectations to make our move go smoothly and to make us feel welcomed. On top of that the facilities were kept spotless and clean.
Highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a great storage facility.
Greg is running an excellent operation at The LockUp. The facility is spotless and air conditioned. There are carts and flat trucks to use - all very well organized and clean. Thank you, Greg, for an excellent storage option.
Debbie is always so helpful and friendly. I even get personalized phone call reminders every month if I’m about to late on paying my rent. The facility is very nice, secure, and well maintained. It’s also in a convenient location. I highly recommend The Lockup Self Storage. Keep up the GREAT customer service Debbie!
