The apartments are so overpriced! Everything looks great from the outside till you actually living within. Been experiencing issues since I’ve moved here. From plumbing, mold, things breaking, bugs, and the walls are super thin so I constantly hear loud music or neighbors fighting. The office is normally staffed with very rude people but you’ll get a nice person every once in a while.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, Bethany really took her time explaining things to me as I can be a bit of a ditz sometimes but she was so lovely to talk to and you can tell she really gives 100%

This apartment is terrible. Actually not so much the apartment itself but the management is awful. I have been through 5-6 different people at the front since the time I moved in a year ago. I have yet to meet a single person employed by the Lodge who knows what they’re talking about. To start off when I had a situation with my roommate come up my mom and I had called and spoke with Kierra extensively regarding the approval needed, fees, etc. However when It came time for me to resign the lease the Lovely Ashley told me complete different information. When I got to speak with both “managers” Kierra had the audacity to say it was a lot of information that day and I might have missed some. They truly do not care. Oh and by the way in the contract you sign it basically says they can change the price of any fee at any time. What do I mean by any fee, Kierra specifically used the example that if their higher ups call and say the roommate release fee is changed from $250, that they had told you, to $500 the next day, they must go by the $500. None of their word matters when it comes to price. So yes they are ripping you off. They’re extremely unclear even if you ask questions, but if you ask enough details come out that they cannot withhold. If that’s not bad enough I was forced to move out when there was a hurricane hitting. Most people were leaving the tampa bay area but I had to move out of my apartment or they would charge me an entire months rent PLUS my new apartment move in date got pushed back. I do understand the rules for most apartments regarding move outs. But when I expressed my concern she blew me off and said I knew about the move the whole month of September. Overall save yourself money, time, and stress and don’t live at the lodge

DO NOT move here! Front office does not pick up the phone. I leave voicemail, they don’t return my call. I have called numerous times throughout the day, morning, afternoon and right when theyre about to close and nothing! I don’t know what they do in 8 hours to not answer the phone and get back to you. A work order takes 2-4 weeks to get solved if your lucky. I’m so frustrated because when I first moved in 2020, the crew was AWESOME! Since they left, these apartments went DOWN HILL. Btw, I’ve noticed they delete bad reviews as well. Goodluck if you move here.

I attended a food truck event and it was very enjoyable. The grounds are very nicely landscaped and the amenities are outstanding.

My husband and I moved to this apartment complex from out-of-state and could not be happier to call this place our new home! We moved down here to take care of extended family and moving from four states away— can be really tough. The front office staff was so kind when we arrived. We drove all through the night to get here and they gave us the most important information we needed so we could start to move-in immediately. I believe her name was Beth (?) in the front office who had shared her own experience moving from Kansas to Tampa and it made us feel right at home. We didn’t have any issues with the move-in. The only thing we had an issue with was that my husband’s copy of the mailbox key was not working properly. The property manager, Ashley, was able to get this issue solved for us within hours. As well, despite being able to open up our own work order through our resident portal, she had one open for us and we had a new key by the end of the day. So thrilled to live in this complex under the PAC; y’all really know how to create an apartment-living experience that is truly on another (exquisite) level. A HUGE thank you from Mr.and Mrs. Herrick (from KY).

I’ve been living here for 4 years and even though the office staff has changed, they do an amazing job of keeping us as residents updated on what’s new on the property. Kierra is very personable and makes living here very much enjoyable.

As Indicated in the other reviews, most of the “good” reviews are from people who only visited or have just moved in. The aesthetics of the unit are good……That’s all! The management here is HORRIBLE! They’re rude, off putting, snide & just down right mean! You’ll be lucky to EVER find someone in the office and although they’re about 4 maintenance workers, it still takes a week to even get someone to fix issues in your unit! The main office person Kierra is rude and it seems like she hates her job……AVOID the hassle and listen to the people who actually live here!

Do not rent from here. It is a nice looking complex, and staff are friendly. Unfortunately this seems to be all a facade. They host giveaways and events to keep their residents happy.until they inflict multiple thousands of dollars of bogus fees on you and refuse to do a payment plan… which seems criminal. How do you expect your residents to pay these HUGE fees you pile on them when you won’t do a payment plan? While it seems like a nice complex from the outside, unfortunately the new management is criminal and will get you for all the money they can get. To management, DO BETTER. You are next to a college in the most expensive city… OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN TO YOUR COLLEGE STUDENTS FOR LARGE FEES OF MULTIPLE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

The Lodge has been very welcoming since I moved in a little over a year ago. After the new year, I feel like they have really been trying to connect with their residents by having small events such as yoga on Saturday mornings. They even have weekly food trucks on Wednesday nights. I really do enjoy living here and would highly recommend it.

I just moved in and so far I love it here! The amenities are great and walking through the community is super relaxing. On top of that Kierra in the office has been so helpful with everything. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

I’ve lived at a few different apartments in the area as a USF student and this one is BY FAR my favorite. I haven’t had any issues with the staff here, they are all so sweet and amazing! They do events consistently to make their residents feel welcome. Food trucks almost weekly, giveaways, free yoga classes, fiesta Fridays (free sangria and tacos… can’t beat that) the staff here try very hard to make everyone feel welcome. The common areas are neat and any maintenance issues submit are swiftly dealt with. Definitely recommend this complex if you can afford it. It’s a really welcoming and warming community.

I moved in about a year ago and it was great at first. However, since new management took over the apartment complex completely plummeted. The new management team is incompetent, unprofessional, and just plain disrespectful. They do not care about their residents or about addressing any of the issues at the complex. The front office team has no customer service skills and are clearly very poorly trained considering they all provide different answers, and normally all of these answers are incorrect according to management. The office is also incredibly hard to get into contact as they don't answer calls or respond to emails. Maintenace requests will now take a minimum of 2 weeks to resolve, if you're lucky. Valet trash is very inconsistent and will frequently not pick up some nights or will just completely forget to pick up from an entire building. In regard to amenities, these frequently break and take forever to be fixed. For example, one of the luxer lockers was broken for about 6 months and one of the machines in the gym was broken for about 8 months before they finally decided to fix them. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, and I personally can't wait to move out.
