Lived here for a week so far. Hot water won’t last longer than 5 minutes and now my AC unit is out but I can’t get anyone from maintenance because it’s after hours. This is Florida. AC needs to be considered an emergency

We have known Atalin Hawes for two years. She is a very honest person and follows through with what she says. My Wife and I are so glad she was promoted to Manager of The Lofts at Wildlight. She is doing a great job of getting this place under control and fixing problems. The office staff and maintenance crew have came a long way under Atalin and I know this will be a great place to stay. Thank you very much for all the hard work put in by the Staff and Maintenance under New Management! Brgds, Larry and Gloria

I’ve lived here for a year and a half and have always been treated so well by the staff and property manager, Atalin. They always remember your name and follow up on request efficiently. I’d certainly recommend the community. The grounds are well kept and amenities pristine.

I lived here for 25 months. Upon move out, I was charged $150 for a carpet cleaning fee due to a “stain” from where my bed sat unmoved for 25 months. They simply wanted to nickel and dime me. The person who did my walk through upon move out warned me the manager had been very particular recently but failed to point out anything as I had gone above and beyond detailing the apartment. I can’t imagine what fees they charge people with pets or children. I lived alone.

Don’t be fooled by the newness. They are very cheaply built. You can hear everything from your neighbors. Our 1st floor apartment flooded during a storm and all we got was a dehumidifier. We were there only a month and had mold growing from the walls in the bathroom. Manager does not respond or follow up, no matter how many messages. Yes, we broke our lease with no fees, but it was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had from all the apartments I’ve ever rented. Would highly NOT recommend this place.

I went on a tour of the apartments back in December of 2020 and started the application process in Jan 2021. Under the old management company, I was over a month into the application process and still had no answers.
In February 2021 a new management company came along with Ms. Atty. Atty was able to get all of my paperwork together and got us moved in by the end of February. She is professional, kind, and always smiling. Any issue Ive brought to her attention she has taken care of it with in a few hours.
She is always helpful up at the amenities center and goes above and beyond.

This property is so nice! It’s so easy to get answers to any questions; the office people seem super nice. The Asian girl in there is super knowledgeable & helpful. I see why the wait list is so long. Highly recommend.

Moving to the Jax area in September and found The Lofts at Wildlight - fell in love with them aesthetically. Took a trip to visit them in person and met Atalin - works in the office. She made me love them even more! She is so sweet and very helpful.

We have lived at the lofts for 6 months now! Our experience has been nothing but great. The staff is very diligent, personable, and professional. The amenities are modern and elegant. We love the common area (club house) which includes ping pong, pool, computers, etc. The gym is super nice! Everything is BRAND NEW, clean, and accessible. I can’t forget to mention our Pup absolutely loves the dog park and pet wash area! Highly recommended this apartment complex.

The Lofts is an amazing community. They have amenities galore and the floorplans are functional. The main attraction for this community is the staff. I called months ago inquiring about the community and previous staff was not informative nor friendly. Upon my recent visit, it was a complete turn around. Andrea is such a breath of fresh air. She and new management is the change that was needed to make this community stand out in the area.

All I can say wow! Staff and management are very accommodating to help any resident. They truly go out of there way to help. Again thank you for you help, time and consideration. Also I recommend any veteran and/or first responders to stay in this wonderful place.

Under new ownership is what I was told. I moved in on 2/5 and everyone was very nice with the leasing process. But upon getting in my unit the washer did not work, the fridge did not work and the dishwasher did not work. AT&T was the only internet provider and they stated that the manager needed to call and add my unit to their list. After asking a couple times I hooked up my own fridge, my own dishwasher and called AT&T numerous times and finally got a ticket number to help the management out. They did let me use another apartments washer after 5 days and finally on day 6 I got a new washer. They did tell me I could use the clubhouse for internet but they didn’t give key cards but on day 4 I got those. As of day 6 I still have no internet or tv. I will say the amenities are nice and the apartments are beautiful but do not move in until you make sure everything works and you have access to everything.

In response to the owner yes when asked when I would like to move in I said as soon as possible. And I was told it wasn’t a problem to move in the next day. If the unit was not ready then I should have been told no I could not move in right away. When you tell someone that it should mean a brand new apartment is in full working condition. I should not have had to hook up my own fridge or dishwasher but I was told the maintenance mans daughter broke her arm and he was not available. It took 6 days to get a washing machine which is not right away. Again the place is beautiful and like I said everyone was very accommodating. Just need to be more prepared if your going to tell a tenant they can move in right away.
