15Where should I start? Been living here for three years and things seem to be going downhill. The glen at boca management was bad, but now luxe at boca seems to be WORSE. We’ve had many issues in the apartment, maintenance is often marking service requests as completed without even coming to the apartment? The management team is horrible, they never pick up the phone, always have an attitude and do the bare minimum for their RESIDENTS. They never reply to emails. Landscape is horrible, the bodies of water around the community smell horrible due to the trash and dead animals in them. The trash is never picked up, people leave them on the grass all around the community. The gym, pools and gates were open to the PUBLIC not too long ago, wasnt this supposed to be a gated community? Gates have never been fixed. I’m not sure where our money is going, but it’s definitely not going towards this place. The location is great but the way they treat the community and residents, is really really awful. Been having mold problems for months now and they claim to be “too busy”. My room smells like MOLD and it’s taking over, ruining my clothes and personal items as well. I wonder what’s gonna take to get them to do better. Please do yourself a favor and do not live here.
The apartment is very spacious, beautiful and renovated. When I needed assistance I was promptly attended to.
The outdoor pool and gym are a bonus.
The rent is too expensive nowadays, I lived there for 2 years but I had to move out because the rent went 25% higher.
Im not the one to write reviews but I am tired of dealing with this condo. I have had a leak in my roof since the day I moved in I just moved here not even 2 months ago I have contacted the management multiple times and nothing. I have a newborn and there is mold on the ceiling. I have had a toilet that has been broken for the past week someone came here said it was fixed and it is NOT. I am tired of dealing with these people they do not care. The tiles in my kids room have been loose and cement comes out of it and my toddler puts it in his mouth. I have complained more than 15 times about everything and they do not fix it! I am beyond disappointed. They show you a renovated apartment at first with nice pictures and at the end it’s an old unkept apartment. The appliances break all the time they are just after your money. If they do not fix this mold I am going to look for my rights.
Finding a new place has been tremendously stressful I doubted so much that it wouldn’t workout with me finding a new home but here at the luxe my friend Eddie has been a life saver. I have no doubt in my mind that I recommended this man, he has an amazing personality and want to be there to help you. Also if your reading this Eddie thank you very much god bless you my man.
I have been a resident here for 3 years now. I am very impressed with the changes that are happening. The access control is really going to help prevent outsiders from coming in. I’m also excited about the new landscaping
I visit my friend here and it’s a quiet neighborhood. Houses are beautiful outside and inside. Would move here if I could afford it

I came to inquire about the the 2 bedroom townhouse. Estefany was super nice and helpful. She was patient with me and all my questions. She is an Angel. She showed me many units, even ones that weren’t townhomes. The property is really nice, the units are spacious. The updated units without carpets are simply gorgeous. I wish it were more affordable but properties nearby seem to be a bit cheaper. Definitely loved this property though.
We have two dogs, and for a week we have been without air conditioning, the manager was notified, who obviously has no training or human qualities. They haven't done anything about it. We are in the middle of summer and you cannot live like this.
Apartments are pretty old but they are kept pretty clean and I never really hear of any disturbances in the area. I live within walking distance and have never heard or seen anything out of the ordinary. Lots of children and people of all ethnicities
Some company keeps sending me emails about this place but with a different domain name. It seems kinda fishy. I messaged The Luxe about it through the site listed here but they didn't seem interested.

Sometime after I posted this, the emails were fixed.
I drove through to meet with a client, this development looked like a dump. 23 years in Florida, I've never once seen bags of garbage piled up on the sidewalks for collection, not even "in the hood". The entire neighborhood had piles of garbage in bags put out on the streets for collection, no trash cans or containers anywhere on site. Literally every 40' there was a pile of garbage placed near the street, in front of each building. Also, it's supposed to be a gated community, but the gate was broken and the community was open to the public

Unprofessional. I schedule a tour & come in to a women chatting on the phone with a friend & saying how I’m at the wrong apartment. I show my email confirmation & she says oh well i dont have anything to show you we’re short staffed. Big red flag & I am at least happy I can cross this place off my list. To be charging so much for apartments, you think they would hire someone with half a brain to remember to either check if there are tours or turn off the ability to schedule them online. Waste of time.
