The Luxury Nail Spa at Nocatee, Ponte Vedra Beach FL

Appointment for 2 pedicures. Started on time. Not as much attention to detail as the shop once was. Good selections of colors.

We love this nail spa! Consistent, friendly service and they always do a great job! 10/10 recommend.

I’ve come to this nail salon regularly for the past few months now, and the salon itself is great! But be warned of JIMMY.

He was rushing my nails and only let the color cure for 15 seconds, pulled away the curing machine and tried to paint a top coat. (I tried to say something but was ignored.) When he did that it ruined the layer of color that didn’t finish curing. He then lashed out and blamed it on me saying I had “bumped my finger” (which never happened). I was taken aback by the sudden mood he was in and said “No, it just needed to be cured longer”. I then asked him to fix that ONE nail’s paint job and he began to slam things and worked aggressively until he was done with my nails.

Then he went as far as to lash out and disrespect my disabled mother (who had no idea what had happened earlier) while he worked on her. She came home upset telling me that he was rude as soon as she sat down at his station. He refused to give her french tips with a different shade of white, scoffed at her, rolled his eyes, and stormed off leaving my mother confused. Luckily another lovely nail tech was able to take care of her.

All I wanted was for a nail to be fixed. I understand people have their bad days, but Jimmy was extremely unprofessional. I’ve never had an experience like this with ANY nail tech before.

I’ve LOVED this salon and haven’t had issues with anyone else. With that said, I will NEVER have Jimmy as my nail tech again.

Nails looking perfect and lasted 3 weeks. It’s a long drive but I’ll be back

Toi is great. Superb at SNS. My nails look great even after 5 weeks. Only reason to redo is the growth.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Over priced for sub par quality. I got SNS done and the tech went straight to dipping. Never asked me to wash my hands. Never asked if I wanted a manicure with it. Was charged an additional $5 for a cuticle clean up that wasn’t even thorough AFTER my SNS was completed. I had to ask for my cuticles to be cleaned up. They labeled it as a “manicure” but no real manicure was ever actually done. No soap in the water to soak my nails, no lotion, no massage. A service that is typically provided at any other nail salon. From what I could tell the cuticle tools weren’t even sanitized. I was never asked how I wanted my nails shaped. The tech had an attitude and seemed to be more interested in their phone than their job. Would recommend you find any other nail salon around.

I was very impressed with my experience at Luxury Nails. The gentleman doing my pedicure was very patient and thorough. It was a relaxing experience and my toes turned out perfect. I highly recommend and will be back soon.
