Doctor Rian did a amazing job on my breast implants from start to finish this experience has been great. He was very welcoming and has bedside manner. Went from a B to a D they look very natural. The scarring is under the arms which is not even noticeable after 2 months. 1 week after surgery I was able to return to normal activities. Location at Clevens face& body staff and nurses were awesome. Nurse Barbara makes you feel very comfortable with any questions you may have and is there every step of the way. Thank you

Where to start. Dr Maercks is an amazing surgeon. From his initial consult to the follow ups he has been amazing.

I was originally supposed to have surgery with Dr. Simon but there were alot of things that happened causing me to have a new surgeon which thankfully was Dr. Maercks.

Not only did he make me feel comfortable but he gave me the results I had hoped for when I was told it wasn't able to happen. He was able to hide my existing scars without adding any new ones. The original surgeon told me I was going to have achor scars and he was able to avoid that. Dr. Maercks is truly a phenomenal surgeon and would highly recommend him to anyone!

He is the only surgeon I will go to in the future, no matter where I have to travel to.

I was so nervous just moving here and not having any clue where to go for Botox or filler. Dr Rian is an artist and knows exactly where to place the filler and Botox to give you a refreshed youthful look. He’s absolutely wonderful and I am now a loyal client for good. No need to look further! He’s your guy for any Anti aging procedures!

I came to The Maercks Institute with the hopes of *finally* finding the right surgeon for me. After five previous breast augmentation consultations that were underwhelming, I was on the verge of "giving up" on the idea of having a BA.

And then I met Dr. Rian. His personality is warm, welcoming, and professional. I could tell instantly that helping people is truly his "why" behind his practice. I knew that I had finally found the perfect surgeon for me.

My breast augmentation experience was A+ from start to finish. He offered me true guidance through the entire process, which made me feel super confident in his abilities and the outcome I would receive. Needless to say, everything turned out amazing. I literally could not be happier with the results. I'm one-month post-op, and if you didn't know me before surgery, you would never be able to tell that I had a breast augmentation. THAT is how natural-looking the results are with his Sub-Fascial Breast Augmentation. I truly believe that Dr. Rian is one of the best of the best; I will never let another surgeon operate on me if I were ever to have any additional upgrades done. Thank you, Dr. Rian!

I did the ipl treatment (photofacial) and i loved the results! My skin looks younger and the spots on the face are much more bright. Dr Rian is the best! Very happy!

I have 2 sessions of the IPL photo facial and I couldn't be happier with my results - I'm so excited to now start with their skin care line!

At check-in I was escorted to a private room to fill out paperwork with the nurse assistant. In this waiting room I was also introduced to their signature non-surgical procedure “Aesthetic Facial Balancing” - the nurse assistant tried hard to sell it. I tell her that i’ve seen his work on this and that I’m not really interested in it; not interested at all. Note: this procedure is not for everyone, not everyone should be sold on it.

Next the DR comes into the room and sits down on the couch across from me to discuss what i’ve come in for today. I am a new patient and I explain to him that I normally get botox for my forehead lines and frown lines, two areas; that’s what I came in for. He suggests that I also need to take care of my under eye wrinkles and eyebrows for a brow lift. Going on further he believes fillers will be better than botox and that I will see longer lasting results. I immediately feel like what he is suggesting is a lot more than what I normally do and I am very hesitant. I express this to him and tell him that this seems like a lot more than what I normally have done, I am use to two areas only and that I’m unsure about his suggestions. He tells me he doesn’t understand what I mean by two areas that he goes off units only. He says “areas” is a cheap term and asks who my previous DR was prior. Ignoring this slighting remark. I ask him to explain units and how many this would be; taking fillers completely out of question at this time. After he does I realize this is in fact a lot more botox than I normally take and this went from a $500 appointment to $1250. Note: I confirmed pricing with the front desk prior to scheduling the appointment. I tell him that at this time I really just want to do what I had originally came in for and I will think about the other areas for another time. He looks extremely disappointed and irritated and tells me that he does not recommend this and would prefer to do what he wants to do. And that I am not going to see great changes otherwise. I literally had to go back and forth with him while his assistant stood there nervously and awkwardly waiting for a conclusion. This lasted about 15 minutes with him giving me questioning, stupid and annoyed expressions. The DR made me feel cheap and guilty for not giving into his wants - which at this point is obviously more money! It was by far the most uncomfortable and awkward experience I’ve had at a doctors appointment.

I went to this man with hopes that he would make me look and feel better about myself and he did the complete opposite. I wound up in the hospital for 5 days (have proof). Claims to care about his patients but as soon as you have a complaint he wants nothing to do with you. Him and his staff have stopped communicating with me because I wasn’t happy with my results. Spent 20k that I Borrowed and now I’m in major debt. REALLY think about it before using this man. He only cares about making money!

I’m so happy with the results, the process was really fast, and the changes were amazing. Can’t wait for the final result! The doctors were really nice. The experience was amazing!

I came to the office to get information about about Dr Rian's Aesthetic Facial Balancing and got treated with filler to help with the deepness under my eye area and cheeks. My experience was lovely, the injections did not hurt one bit. The entire team is super helpful and my results look amazing! I feel refreshed and youthful! Definitely recommend visiting Dr Rian. Dr. Rian was very patient in treating my pesky under-eye concerns. He was honest, listened to my concerns, and made several tweaks until everything was perfect and natural-looking! I completely trust him and wouldn't go to anyone else for my fillers. His office staff is also a pleasure to work with!

I would never trust anyone but Dr Maercks to work on me cosmetically. The work he does is amazing and his results are naturally beautiful. Some of the best techniques that can't be found by any other surgeons in the country! I did his Aesthetic Facial balancing to correct my nose, lips and chin (16CCs total) and I am over the moon about my results! I'm obsessed and itching for more, I even brought in my mom to undergo his aesthetic facial balancing and she looks amazing. His office is also so cute and in such a nice location! I wouldn't let my friends and family go to anyone else but Dr. Maercks and I couldn't rave more about him and his amazing results. But I'll let my before and after photos speak for themselves I do work at The Maercks Institute, but he is the only surgeon in the world who I could ever work beside, because he is honest, caring, puts his patients first and has the most amazing results. I've known Dr Maercks and his work for well over a year now, before being able to be apart of his team. I see the incredible transformations that go on in The Maercks Institute, and it's impossible to not want to get something done after seeing every single patient walk out more beautifully natural than when they came in.

My face is young again thanks to you Dr. Maercks, best of all is I look so natural, everybody ask me why do I look so fresh and young.

Where do I start. I guess I can kind of see where Dr. Rian is trying to go with the whole “Facial Balancing”. I do believe that not everyone is fit for it.people age differently and it just doesn’t fit everyone’s face. I go to Pawnta in California who does many celebrities such as Kylie, many actresses and musicians. She is very advanced and very experienced and she charges the most I’ve seen for one Cc of juvederm 7-800$. Dr. Maerck’s pricing is set at 1200$ for one syringe I think it completely insane. I feel as though him and his staff try too hard & it’s obvious they just want to make it about money rather then his patients and making sure they are happy. There’s a lot I can say but I’m just not a negative person. I left very unhappy then flew home to California had to have things dissolved and just feel like I wasted bunch of money and not only that it was draining to know certain doctors really are only interested in the $. My face is not balanced at all I was overfilled in some areas.well hope this helps someone.

Loved my photodacial and filer. I plan on doing the rest of the facial balancing bc I am so happy with my results so far. I look less tired and younger but not fake. I feel rejuvenated.

My nose looks absolutely beautiful! I was so nervous to make changes, but I wish I came to Dr. Maerks years ago. His vision of aesthetics and talent are priceless. I love everything he does.

The only one I would ever trust for any procedure. I felt so safe and secure with him treating me for a liquid rhinoplasty and facial balancing. The best choice I had ever made was to go to him for treatment! Wish I could give 10 stars!

Avoid! Very disappointing results! He was super nice before the actual appointment.once it was done he wanted me out fast to get the next client.
Results are not impressive. I wish I didnt go with him! And scars are still very visible! Avoid him at all cost! He was rude after he finished.impatient.lacking information. He doesnt care about his patients.just the money
