I just had a reiki session with Lauren and it was great. She was very kind and has the wonderful ability to make you feel instantly at ease. My first one on one Reiki with Lauren was amazing. She has such bubbly and inviting personality that is made the experience
even more then what I could imagine.
She explained what she was doing in full detail to be sure I was comfortable. That made the experience so relaxing going in to the session. After the session she again talked with me and allowed me to explain my experience with her and ask questions.
