The Magnolia Project reviews
15I have been trying to call. Voicemail full. I tend to believe the reviews though. Everyone isn't lying saying the same thing. Its sad that this program isn't helping. I've always said give a woman a desk and a computer and she'll run the business like its hers personally. I pray that Magnolia Project do better because women need this but not the un professionalism.
Front staff very rude an very unprofessional an plays favoritism. They have messed up scheduling by scheduling people on days doctor's are not even on site. Had to reschedule the same appointment 4 times an was never seen by a doctor.
They are slow my appointment was for 1 pm I arrived before at 12: 43 am wait two hours until they came to check me and my baby they are slow and they take forever to see you
I don't really know what is going on there it's hard to tell if it's a women's clinic or an FBI interview. They were nice but the program requirements are to vanity fair abortive for me. It's commanding instead of a full disclosure and consent form with representation. Anyway I don't tell people how to live but to me don't force annuals and dentistry it's metal intolerances.
I don’t know what the negative people are talking about but what do you honestly expect from a clinic that has one provider, one nurse, and sometimes one medical assistant trying to get people seen as fast as they can under the circumstances.
Very very unprofessional! I just had a baby and was turned away 3 different times on 3 seperat occasions for their mistakes. I finally get there the doctor sent me away because my blood pressure when I literally told her I'm not able to just go to the ER thats why I came here. I just tried to make the 4th appointment and the spanish lady otp wasn't understanding what I was asking for so when I asked to speak to someone else she said No. Don't WASTE YOUR TIME here, it will only piss you off & leave you finding another doctor anyway
I had an appointment schedule on July 10th to get a annual check up i showed up on time to find the office locked and a note on the door saying that they will be opened on the 11th i was so upset that i just left. Second disappontment very unprofessional and irresponsible.
Pros: Staff can be nice office is so fresh and clean so thank you
Con's: I went there and saw Xiomara Lemmey Nurse and got to speak to a woman named Alma who inputs your info into the system and provides you with info about available services. I told Alma that I had thoughts of suicide and that I wanted to speak with someone that day. She said she would put it in my file and I could speak to their mental health counselor. At the end of my visit with Xiomara Lemmey I had mentioned speaking to a mental health counselor. She told me that they would get in contact with me. The next day. No one called and I could have killed myself or anything. When someone mentions they need help do your damn job! What is wrong with people. Get into these professions and you don't do your job. If I did die the blood would be on this facility hands Because at the end of the day that counseling could have changed my life.
This is the worst doctor's office EVER! Yea, the staff is nice, but their efficiency is horrible. There is no reason why on multiple occasions when I have a scheduled appointment, I am still left waiting 2-3 hours before I am seen! That is ridiculous! It's always the same excuse: "We're short staffed, so we are hours behind schedule. " Then whenever you attempt to call to male and appointment no one ever answers the phone, no matter what time of day it is! Then if you do decide to leave a message, and the voicemail God doesn't tell you that the mailbox is full, no one even calls you back. Just Unacceptable.
The most phenomenal experience ever. The staff here, Mrs Sandy & Dr "J", know exactly what they're doing. Professional, caring, understanding, patient, and very educating. Jacksonville's BEST ever. Thank you for all you do for the community!
These people are extremely persistent! My doctor gave them my name and contact info and they started blowing up my phone every day, leaving voicemails and what not. I didn't respond because I was not interested, then these ppl started showing up at my house not once but twice! Why would you just show up to someone's house like that, I mean how rude! They definitely need a lesson in professionalism.
Very slow staff they nice but too slow tried to switch my prenatal care. Had to call 4 times to make an appointment the voicemail was also full so I couldn't leave a message
They waited until I was 8 months pregnant to tell me my doctor was retired now I had to find a prenatal care now I'm currently still looking every time I call no answer everytime I go up there no one is available this is a disgrace.
Had a visit today at 10: 00, my doctor said she would call my prescription in, it's 8: 00 p.m I called walgeens to see if my script is ready, no script was called in, now I'm stuck til Monday typical north side. Changing doctors Monday morning ain't nobody got time for that.
I didn't have a long wait at my time of visit, there was no parents yelling at the children to behave and the establishment was very clean. Oh the staff is very professional as well.
