The guy in the store was very nice, friendly and very fast. I arrived way before my appointment and he took me without any problem or issues. I literally walked in and walked out, wish all the fingerprinting stores was like this one.

I have sent packages to Europe from this location several times and they always got to destination safely and quickly. The prices are pretty good for it being a small business, and the customer service is hands down one the best in my experience as a foreigner in this country: Fernando will go above and beyond to take care of us customers. He's very nice. Ever since I discovered this spot, I don't go anywhere else for my services. Some of the nasty reviews down below tell me one thing: the customer, 9 times out of 10, showed up with a stinky attitude. Don't do that. And if the thick hispanic accent is a problem for you, hit the road, you won't be missed. Everybody is welcome, but if you do have an attitude, you'll be shown the door without further ado and deservedly so. Best)

I have a strong feeling that a lot of the 5* reviews for this place are fabricated. The service here is the absolute worst, the owner/ employee tries to scam you out of money on top of the service already being very overpriced. For example: making obvious mistakes purposely then charging you for him to redo it correctly. The unscrupulous and rude behavior here pushes me to warn you not to come here. There are other places where you can fax such as the post office. Online services would also be better if you have to fax more than once a month. Whatever you do just avoid this place.

Great service. The guy who worked there followed all CDC regulations making sure people kept their distance. He was quick and knew what he was doing when taking my photograph for my teaching ID. Would recommend to everyone!

I had an appointment for Fieldprint Fingerprinting later 6: 10 on but I happened to be in the area earlier than I thought. I stopped in to see if he would be able to accommodate me earlier and he was. The owner was very sweet and helpful.

This gentleman was so helpful. I had an appointment, I showed up early after making a mistake on my paperwork. He was able to resolve MY error and get me in and out early and fast!

Excellent experience. He was incredibally acommedating and made my transaction simple and seamless. I recommend him for everything to passports / ids to ups/FedEx transactions.don't be afraid to call and ask questions. I did and it was answered right away.
