They management company here is HORRIBLE! They’re just letting anyone in the gate! It’s not once but 3 times that they did this!

The security was very rude.
He was yelling and cursing at me. I told him I didn’t have my license and that I had to a picture of it on my phone. He told me that he don’t want to see a picture of my license and that I needed to leave or he would call the police. That the association would fine me if I went thru without license and will be towed. When I asked him what’s his name he told me “ move your car or I’m towing it and calling the police. ” I couldn’t even backup because there were cars behind me.

Lived in here for 8 months now with some things that havent been taken care of. There's a call box at the entrance to each building so people can get buzzed in to unlock the door. My number has still not been connected, I have shown up and expressed my concerns for months at the HOA office with the response "it's on the to do list". So I must go to the front door each time I have a guest. As for that my name isn't even registered at the gate, have been told by people visiting me that when they say my unit the guards say that unit I live in isn't under my name. Although this is a very rare occurrence, most of my guests don't even get asked for an ID. The guards just have people pull in and they press a button. I live in building 1 and on my balcony I see the front gate, I witness this majority of the time. Garuda just letting people in. HOA so far has not delivered with these things and beware to those who are thinking of purchasing a property here. HOA doesn't seem to care, acknowledge, or even apologize for these things that have happened to me.

Worst place ever don’t invest nor rent here. Building 3 been without hot water for over a month and they’re saying they are waiting on new parts and when finally got hot water back it only lasted for less 2 weeks now the water is lukewarm or even cold and calling the association is pointless. How do you allow a building to be without hot water for so long. This is a waste of a community. This is 1 of the many things since I’ve moved here, If you consider here you will regret it.

Someone peed in the elevator in building 4. You allow people to do this at your HOA? !? CLEAN IT UP. Saturday February 5th 5: 30PM. SOME DISGUSTING PEOPLE YOU ALLOW TO LIVE HERE

I Have to say There is a new security company Tier 1 Guys Give them a chance they have some actually good guards this time the young lady Abbegail & Gentlemen Wilson has Outstanding customer service they had trouble with residents ahead of me arguing that they had to be I. D to enter and they calmly handled the situation professionally I love this new crew my Mother is apart of the Board. It was sad To Hear That Wilson Telssaint Has Resign Along With His Colleges. Came to visit my friend this man did not even greet me or ask for the apartment number. Just stated with an attitude “how can I help you”. Then told me to pull back in again because there was a broward sheriff right behind me and didn’t want to “hold up a cop” I pull back up and said the apartment number. Ask for my license and keep looking at it like I don’t look exactly the same. As he proceeds to open the gate i ask for he’s name, and he says “man just go. ” Therefore I took a picture, extremely disrespectful and especially should not be someone that is greeting you into a condominium.

The worse building 7 carpet is filthy and smell like mildew. Then they have nerve to shut the elevator off for 3-4 weeks to remodel. We have people in our building who are disabled, kids that has a disability and people who have children in carriers they have to carry up 4-5 flights of stairs it's ridiculous. Your packages are now being left downstairs because they refusi g to climb the stairs. They are so inconsiderate. Hate it here when the lease is up gotta go.

Absolutely horrible. Building 11 is a purgatory and Juan is the devil. Hard to understand how a building can be managed with someone so rude and with no manners. Get ready to share your apartment with cockroaches, no matter how much you clean they’ll always be there. Management doesn’t care about you, they’ll make your life hell. The only thing they care about is watching the cameras 24/7. You’ll have one right at your door. That’s right, welcome to big brother purgatory version. Instead of fixing what’s broken and making a pleasant experience for its residents, management will scream at you, be rude and disrespect you and your guests. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies. I have been to so many different condos and residential areas in South Florida and this is by far the worst of them all. If you’re considering this place, JUST DON’T. Anywhere, and I mean ANYWHERE will be better than this place.

Building 11 is the worst building to live in. Instead of fixing things they watch the cameras all day to see who’s doing what. They watch it so hard that they get confused. One day they told me that I had a business company in after 6pm and I will be fined. I told them to watch the camera again and leave me alone. After doing so, it was another apartment. Also, elevator is broken once a month maybe even more. It takes forever for anything to get fixed in building 11. The head board member is a racist old white man that only care about the cameras working. His do boy is the maintenance man. He runs and tell the head board member everything. However, he don’t tell him all the side jobs he does without a permit. Then try to check other units. Thank God I do not own one of these units. In addition, the building is a roach motel. You have to beg to get some exterminator service and after talking to the exterminator they using that weak stuff. This one lady told me that rats are in her apartment. What is this? New York. Smh. I would never never never recommend anyone renting or buying a unit in this building.

Was a pleasure to work there between 2011 and 2016. Miss the residents and the BODs at the time of managing the property. Wish the 5 Associations much success!

Takes forever to get paperwork done. Lots of threats of towing a car for even the least. High association fees for delivering such a lacking service! Pool is often dirty, tennis court is a playground and really never used. Gym is always empty. Association cards regularly cease functioning.

Pets are supposedly forbidden but you can see many residents walking dogs and the poop left behind!

Great living complex, 24hr security and all the amenities you need in a gated living area, golf, tennis, swimming pool etc.
