The Mark at Cityscape Apartments, Boca Raton FL

During my time at the Mark, I can remember no one, I mean no one who thought any thing good about the property or its management. Did Greystar sell out? Cant imagine who would write anything complimentary about this place or its office staff. I too, am suspect about these glowing reviews.

Our experience at the Mark at Cityscape has exceeded our expectations. We recently moved here from Las Vegas and had to coordinate our entire move from over 2500 miles away with the building manager Chris. All along the way Chris answered all our questions, made the experience so easy and after we moved in, we were so pleased with the apartments and it’s location. BTW, best location!

To say this apartment complex is run by a criminal enterprise is an understatement. Lobbying efforts to the state has allowed these thieves to get away with exposing residents to harmful apartment units. Do your research before leasing in this dangerous place. Their complete lack of decency to fix the massive amount of issues has led them to be permanently placed in the State of Florida Non-Compliant Business List. GS Mark LLC is the terrible company that runs this awful apartment complex.

We really like The Mark at Cityscape Apartments. Great downtown location. Close to restaurants and shops; and we can walk to the beach. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly here! The apartment and building is clean and very nice.

I have been renting here for 15 months. The apartments themselves are bare bones nothing too special. Amenities are very nice but needing an update at the pool. However, the staff running the building are A+. They are very helpful and available. I was very happy with all my interactions with the management. Location is very good too, albeit noisy from local nightlife.

Our apt is absolutely gorgeous and we are so happy with the convenience of all the delicious food and stores close to where we live.

The positive reviews were written by friends and family of the staff. This place needs to be shut down for extremely bad quality and awful service. This is a lousy excuse of an "apartment". Extremely loud, dirty hallways, horrible parking structure that is shared by the valet parking and street people. Beware of this building and it's unacceptably inflated lease cost.

I just moved here from NY and have nothing but positive feedback about the way that I was helped by Kenneth from the leasing office with my move. I highly recommend this building!

The Mark is well maintained, clean and staffed by the best team ever!

Jill, is by far the most organized, efficient and caring landlord I have ever had. She has an excellent team delivering top notch security and immediate attention to any maintenance needs!

We love living at The Mark! The space is perfect for our family and location perfect. We walk everywhere on weekends even to the beach! The pool is nice and always sunny! The staff is responsive and keep all building areas clean.

Jill, Kenny and Tammy are AWESOME! I have never lived at a place that has such a Great office team! I believe this is the BEST location in Boca. I love calling the Mark my 'Home".

Kenneth is wonderful. Kenneth is very efficient and always makes our needs a priority. The concierge service is also very helpful with welcoming us to our new home
The only issue of concern is that customer service answering service needs to be trained about the building and the ability to answer very general questions. It is such a chore to get someone from the leasing office to answer the phone. If there was a serious accident or fire, I would consider that a disaster.
