Wonderful food, kind service, and a quaint atmosphere. Would highly recommend for those that are looking for something vegan.

I ordered take out from The Mediterranean Chickpea and I was blown away by the quality and taste of their food. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I had the roasted red pepper hummus dip and the cilantro jalapeño hummus dip, which were both creamy and delicious. The fava bean salad was refreshing and crunchy, and the rice and lentils were hearty and comforting. The falafels (x2) were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and the zaatar pie was a perfect balance of savory and tangy. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves vegan, vegetarian, or Mediterranean cuisine. The Mediterranean Chickpea is a gem in Tampa and I can’t wait to order from them again.

I wanted to try a variety of how chickpeas are cooked so I decided to try out this Vegan Kitchen. I am totally glad I came here. I was not disappointed in anyway. The food is just delicious and taste fresh. Thank you for the experience.

Found this gem by chance this morning, but ohhhh what a great find! My daughter and I were in the neighborhood, and stopped by for brunch. We were the first ones there today! The food is absolutely amazing! So fresh… so flavorful. The service was also fantastic! The restaurant has a very welcoming atmosphere. Im looking forward to my next visit.

Well this is al close as mama's home cooked meal as you'll get. Amazing food, very clean, friendly and just a well rounded example of what Mediterranean food should be.

The food is 1010! The combination of fresh ingredients and the incredibly rich authentic Mediterranean flavors are unmatched. Family owned business with a homely environment. The owner is so nice and the service is beyond any other place! I highly recommend it!

Came here for sunday brunch enjoyed the food, family owned business which means always fresh and authentic food with great customer service! A good variety that will suit every palate will be back again!

Food is delicious and service is unlike anything you see anymore! The owner is so incredibly sweet and all the food is made in house. We got the potato bread and a falafel bowl with lentils and rice and chickpeas and eggplant. Will definitely come again.

Some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve had! Highly recommend the mix mezze platter to taste a lot of what they have to offer. Pretty much everything is vegan and so tasty. The woman working (presumably the owner) was so kind and helpful. Seeing someone so excited and passionate about their food just adds to the already amazing experience.

This is the place to go for Fresh homemade Mediterranean food. My mom and I got the falafel wrap (large portion and delicious!) with homemade hummus both the beet and pepper hummus is delicious! Highly recommend for good homemade Mediterranean food! Great service too.

So I’m kind of in a food coma right now, but I found this place last night after getting a falafel wrap from another place that wasn’t that great. After researching I came here today and was more than satisfied! The owner was so sweet and friendly! She let me try a few of the hummuses for the wrap and ended up going with the baba ghanoush. The wrap was nearly a foot long! And so delicious! I got the lentil and potato soup which was also delicious and she let me mix 2 salads. The chickpea one (my favorite) and another one (I can’t remember the name) but also had chickpeas. Everything was so good and I can’t wait to come back to try some other things! And I have lunch or dinner for tomorrow. So come hungry! Because you really get a lot of food!

Fresh and delicious. The friendly lady who runs the place knows what she's doing! I walked in there and had no idea what the menu meant but she helped me find what I needed. Great falafel wrap, great hummus, and great salads. I look forward to coming again.

Hands down worth my almost hour commute! I love this place and my children 6 & 3 years old also go crazy for the beet hummus, falafel & pita. I have had almost everything on this menu. I could literally chug the lentil soup, lick the bowl of the beet hummus and drink the juices from the salad. You will not be disappointed. The owner makes everything fresh daily. She is vegetarian/vegan conscious and her love for life flavors every dish.

I think it was the best Baba Ganoush I have ever had. Everything was so fresh. What a gem for Tampa.
