The Melting Pot, Coral Springs FL

Everyone going to the melting pot should know what they are getting from the melting pot. Either you like that or don't menu is standard melting pot.

Service was excellent on our visit and the staff were all pleasant and accommodating and able to answer what questions we had and offer suggestions and recommendations of their own.

Hez the manager was SO sweet! She was so accommodating and made my boyfriend I feel so welcomed and well cared! The food was great, we walked out of here in a food coma lol

Celebrated my anniversary here & we loved the experience! It was highly recommended and we were not disappointed. My husband and I enjoyed all the food. Our server Pedro was wonderful, he made us laugh and was a pleasure. Made sure everything was great. Manager was very welcoming & friendly. We will definitely be planning another dinner date.

Took my partner on a date last night and had an AMAZING time. Our server Fay was extremely empathetic and personable; she even gave us some movie recommendations for after our date! Extremely down to earth which I have never seen down here in Florida. The service really made the difference of our great night out to an unforgettable one. (Worth mentioning the bartender complimented my mustache, really, really sweet people). We live up in Delray and I’m pretty sure we’re gonna make the drive down to Coral Springs just to come back to this location.

Decided to try this place for the first time with my fiance and was seated after waiting 5-10 minutes. Other people got a table with curtains, my fiance and I didn't. The food overall was not bad (it wasn't exactly extraordinary either), just the pieces of bread given to us was stale and the serving size of each course was pretty little despite the price we paid for the entire meal. We ended up taking quite some time there trying to cook and eat everything as first timers. The server was nice to us most of the meal except at one point she kinda seemed upset or something. When we were ready to pay, the server had asked us "is there anything else I can get you? " and I just told her no thanks and asked for the check. She then proceeded to say out loud to herself "That's good for me. " and left, having a different server give us the check. It was just really off putting for her to say something like that out the blue when we had barely interacted with her the whole meal besides needing to order. It was interesting to try a new dining experience, but the food and service isn't something that would make us come back again.

The lady that works there and claims she is a manager heather Hoffman I believe her name is. Was very rude and very disrespected to me and my husband. I will never come back here again. She is a very unhappy person and needs to be in a different work environment since she apparently does like her job very well never coming back here again

Pedro was an excellent server. One of the best servers I have ever had! My boyfriend and I came for our 9 year anniversary and he didn't even know it was a special day to us but served us as we were the only people there. Then, when he did found out during our nice conversation he went above and beyond to make our night amazing. He was attentive to our every need with a smile. Thank you Pedro for making our night so memorial! We appreciate all your hard work and serves!

Food was great! Service was better! Sophia was the best server we’ve had there in years! She was attentive and super friendly!

Don't even both coming to this location. It was my birthday and the service was the worst service I have ever had. It took FOREVER for us to get any type of food.from what I recall we were sitting there for an hour and we were just 2 people! Will not be coming back to this location, or any other Melting Pot for that matter.

I have been to Melting Pot many times and had many servers, but Ryland was quite literally the best we had. Attentive, caring, humorous, absolutely fantastic. We even had some technical problems with our table that the phenomenal manager Hex was able to finally take care of, we made sure to take Ryland with us. If you go, ask for her, it is worth it.

Iv been coming here for many years and always have good service but my sever Brittany went above and beyond with great service!

Their prices have gotten out of control! We love the Swiss fondue but they give you maybe half a cup for over $20. You run out of cheese half way thru the bread? It is cheese not liquid gold!

Been coming here for years and one of our favorite places around. Great service and awesome dining experience. Our kids now love it so we are even going in more.

Taking the curtains away only to try to charge for the couple of tables where they remain destroyed the whole aesthetic and made it just a long and pricey experience. Why go out of their way to downgrade the ambience with the prices they charge?

I have loved the melting pot for 30 years but tonight was extra special. The food was fantastic. The service by Brittany was great. There was no rushing and thoroughly enjoyed every bite.
