The Melting Pot, Palm Beach Gardens FL

1st time ever at The Melting Point & it did not disappoint. It was like sex on a plate! Our server James was the BEST hands down and had so many great recommendations.

Rachel was the best server we have ever had! Not just Melting pot, but out of all the places me and my Fiancé have eaten. She’s very kind, attentive, made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely ask for her again next visit.

Meal was amazing! But Deb took it to the next level for us. So personable, timing, attention, and our favorite; laughs!

This was my first time dining at The Melting Pot and I must say the food and service was top tier. It was such a wonderful experience and the food was immaculate. Everything was fresh, and the fact that we were able to cook everything right there ourselves was such a treat. Now, can we talk about the amazing service provided by the beautiful waitress Kaitlin? She was such a treat and the highlight of our night. I will only be dining with her as she really left a wonderful and lasting impression on both me and my guy. I give this establishment a ten out of ten. If you happen to meet Mr. Bob he’s also a very nice and impressionable guy very funny and charismatic. I hands down will be back to enjoy many more good times with these wonderful individuals.

Well I didn’t know where to start being a 1st time experience at The Melting Pot. Our server James made the experience absolutely smooth and amazing! His amazing energy and knowledge within the business sold me. Hands down the best experience ever and I will return. You can thank me later!

Why haven’t I been here in years? ! First time back in 10 years and got seated with the best server, Deb! She explained everything thoroughly and had the best attitude and smile the entire time. She recommended the perfect meals for us! Will be back more often!

One of the coolest experiences! Rachel was an amazing waitress and was so helpful. I'd recommend just to come to the Melting Pot for Rachel. Food was also great!

I used to go to the Melting Pot when it first opened, and I found out that now the portions are much smaller. The recommended broths were not very good. I would recommend just going with a regular vegetable broth if you want to taste the meat and all the sauces that come with it. The dessert was really good. We ordered the candy medley. Prices are very high, so be prepared to dish out a lot of cash. The service was excellent, and the salad dressings should be bottled in stores (so good)!

Went out for a nice date night and our server Charlie did an amazing job. He was very personable and had a great knowledge of the menu. 10/10 would recommend, great food great service can’t go wrong

Had an amazing experience celebrating my husband’s birthday. The food was fantastic, coupled with the drink recommendations from our awesome server Deb. Definitely try the Smoked Peach Smash and Almondtini. The meal ended with a decadent dessert fondue that Deb helped us customize. It was like sex in our mouths. Can’t wait until our next visit!

My wife and I had never been here before but always wanted to try it. Had a reservation for 6: 45pm tonight for a Date Night package. Showed up at 6: 36pm, and told the hostess I had a reservation under my name for 6: 45, she then said it was for 7pm, and I said sorry, I thought I made it for 6: 45. (I knew what time I selected for the reservation and had an email to prove it, but didn’t want to argue). She told my wife and I that our table would be ready in a few minutes and said we could sit at the bar and have a drink while we waited. We sat at the bar until 7: 15pm after watching droves of people come in and be seated. I didn’t think much of it because I had selected the package. But the more I dwelled on it, the more upset I became. Especially after the sheer magnitude of people being seated before us. I paid our bar tab and headed toward the exit. I stopped at the hostess table and told her to cancel my reservation. The same woman who checked us in… the only thing she said was “what was the last name? ” Clearly she had already forgotten about us. Very glad we didn’t spend the over $120 we were already planning to spend.

Absolutely unbelievable. We will NEVER be back.
