The Molloy, Treasure Island FL

Booked a mini staycation here for my birthday weekend. The room was cozy and clean. It was perfect for a quick, relaxing getaway on the beach!

Excellent location, just in front of these beautiful beach, rooms are clean with all you need for your stay, staff are very communicative and friendly. Definitely we are coming back soon!

We chose the Malloy because it was right on the beach. I thought it was charming because it was an old school Florida motel, but clean and newly updated. If you’re looking for something special, this is the place. My family of five slept wonderfully. Great value.

Doug went out of his way to make it easy for me to get into my room as I was coming in at almost 1: 00 in the morning. The room itself was bright and cheery and the view out the window of the rear property, of the dunes and the water is just amazing. The place is small but it's unique and a pleasure to be at. If you walk out to the beach and make a left turn and go about a half a mile there is a cafe right there on the beach so you really don't even have to put your shoes on to go to breakfast or lunch. The pool was heated and that was super appreciated even in January. I whole heartedly recommend a stay here.

First time staying at the Molloy! The check in, room, grounds, beach, location, amenities and staff were excellent! We usually stay on Sanibel or Captiva and were looking for that type of area an smaller complex. We hit the jackpot with this place! We stayed in a pool view king room with sofa sleeper, full size kitchen with everything to eat and cook with. Grounds, pool, beach and rooms are very well taken care of. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are furnished. Several restaurants in the area or for $5 a person you can get on the Jolly Trolley, stop is across the street from hotel, and ride all day north to pier 60 or south to Pass A Grille, getting on and off at different destinations on the route. My husband and I had a great trip and will definitely return to The Molloy!

What a wonderful family owned hotel. The location was perfect and walking distance to all the things we needed. I will definitely be coming back to stay again. Great way to centenary my birthday.

We only stayed one night here but we loved it and are thinking of coming back with more family. Very sweet and homey feel. The rooms felt very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed. We didn't use the pool but it looks lovely. It's located right on the sand of the beach, they have hammocks and lounge chairs you can use. We saw the beautiful sunset on the beach steps away from our door. Such a lovely experience. Quiet and peaceful and romantic. Affordable price compared to other places along the beach. Staff was kind and helpful.

We absolutely love this hotel. It was within walking distance to so many restaurants and to the Sand Ovations which is why we were there. Our room had a queen and twin bed. Bathroom. Mini kitchen that had a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and everything you need to cook and eat. Has a table for 2. Also, a TV and a couch. All rooms are very clean. It also has a pool. Heated in the winter. Great access to the beach. You can use they’re lounge chairs to take on the beach. They also have beach towels. Trust me you won’t be disappointed at all!

We absolutely had the best time at the Th Molloy. The rooms were nice and clean. There was so much space for storage and keeping our luggage put away. The hospitality was better than I’ve had at any hotel and they were so friendly and attentive.

Wish we didn't have to leave early. We will definitely be back. Reminded me of the way Florida used to be. The Molloy is quaint and relaxing.

We loved our stay! The place was immaculate. The decor of our room was beachy and cute. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had a fan we could use, and beach umbrellas. The grounds were like a little oasis. We will definitely return.

This is my second stay at the Molloy at we just love it! Rooms are clean and spacious, having a small kitchen is awesome and the location is amazing. Staff is helpful and courteous. We look forward to our next stay

A great little spot to enjoy the beach and pool, and relax and grill out with the family without the crowd of a bigger resort. All the employees were very nice and helpful. Would stay here again!

Incredible location, location, location! Right on the beach. Clean room, Comfortable bed, Ample room, Great views and excellent customer service. I left feeling like I had new friends. So homey and awesome. They even have hammocks on the sand.

Easy, friendly check in. Great location for families. Close to quiet beach, beautiful pool. Smaller hotel with all the amenities and beautiful surroundings to enjoy with your friends and family. Great from check in to leaving. Beautiful clean place. Check in is at 4 pm but I called and asked if I could come earlier to at least park and they were more than accommodating! Nice quiet place to be able to relax. Definitely coming back.

We had a great two-night stay at The Molloy. The staff in the lobby were very helpful for our entire stay. The online check-in process was extremely easy and they walked us to our room. Our gulf view suite was updated and had everything we needed for our stay. The quick walk to the beach and provided chairs was a great convenience. I enjoyed having my morning coffee in the sitting area. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Great trip and we will return!
