HIRE HER! When my 65 year old veteran neighbor was arrested and not going to be let out on bail due to felony charges, I got online and started to research for help. He had called us 4 times saying he was unable to get his heart medication in jail and was starting to feel ill. I called Tori and she instantly started looking him up on her end. She couldn't at first, but still continued to try after hanging up with me and called me back when she finally could see. (Made me feel so important to her) She gave me the number to her referral bail bondsman (excuse me for not knowing his name, it always says the wrong one online) and he began making calls to get my neighbor out of jail. They were able to have him out at 4am so we could bring his medication to him. They BOTH texted me at 4 am to ask if we had been able to get him out of jail and if he was feeling ok. She was able to negotiate with the state attorneys due to her education/experience in the system (and his glowing character references from the neighborhood) and by just recognizing a flaw in a system and wanting to fight against it.
