Mr. Krak was very Professional in reviewing all of my documents from the Insurance Co.to assure that I had a good case. He was constantly in contact with me during the process via phone calls, e-mails and messages. He always kept me posted on how my claim was proceeding. I prepared a lengthy letter to this Law Firm in regards to a employment discrimination case. I supplied Laws against the discrimination case along side with definitions.

A week later Mr. Nation or another lawyer from his firm called me from his car (traffic noise in the background) and told me that I don’t have a case, but if I was dumb enough I could hire him for $500 a hour and take a case that he thinks I would lose.

This guy was a complete jerk, he didn’t ask me any questions and took it soon himself to read my mind before doing a evaluation of the complete cause for a case I know I would win.

I’ve noticed so far that these Lawyers like simply cases, they don’t like big challenges and don’t want to stir up a scene with those political tyrants they try to keep happy.

NEXT STEP I'LL SENT THIS COMPLAINT TO "BBB" SO THEY CAN DECIDE IF NATION LAW STAY UP THEY STANDARDS AFTER THEY LEARN MY COMPLAINT.

It is impossible to get a hold of my attorney or case manager. I have left SEVERAL voicemails over the last few weeks and they have not returned my calls, and will not answer. I will let all my friends and family know not to use this firm.

If you are having an issue with insurance paying up, you need to call them. I know that Greg Krak is a very caring, professional attorney who truly goes to bat for his clients.

This firm is run by an attorney who actually cares deeply for his clients and has true compassion.

They are referring SSD cases to Morgan & Morgan. Although that is fine, as they care about people I find it unprofessional the way I was "dismissed" on the phone.

They didnt even bother to call me. They sent an email saying " we'll have someone call you tomorrow" tomorrow came and went.if your case is important to you, go somewere else. I know I did.

They are great! They donated to my mother's foundation to underprivileged kids in the Dominican Republic. They also helped with my brother's case and we're successful!
