3I have to leave a star to be able to give my opinion. I have a friend who I visit in the seniors' building. What there is is an infestation of cockroaches. That's disgusting, so many cockroaches everywhere.
New mgmnt are working on getting this place on the right track Also When something needs to be fixed Rafael and Eric make to take care of it in a timely manner. They make sure to explain why something is broken and what was required to fix it. They both take they’re job seriously
Very disappointed.
Called about a month ago and was told I was number 3 on the wait-list and. I called this morning and was told I am number 41.
I assume someone is playing with the numbers.
I never received a letter or a voicemail, as the lady on the phone is my witness because she said she remember me when I called before.
This is poor management.
Someone needs to investigate at this location.
