Cozy budget motel with a beach cabin vibe just steps away from the bay. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and there's coffee, a fridge, microwave, beach towels, high functioning air conditioning unit, and plenty of washcloths. Lou is friendly and prompt in responding to needs.
There's a jacuzzi hot tub and pool on property as well.

We live in a motorhome and stayed at the Oaks rv park. Bob and Lou were gracious innkeepers, very accomidating, park extra clean, huge shady oaks, tropical feel, good space between sites, and short walk to the river. We will be back next visit to the panhandle.

Lou and Bob are great host. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The host make ever effort to ensure your stay is grand. Wonderful pool area complemented by a real jacuzzi. Comfortable, relaxing, laid-back. A hidden gem.

Great place to stay! Went for just one night, but wish I could’ve stayed longer. Very nice, and very clean. Easy to deal with.

Ms. Lou was super nice and accommodating. She made me feel very welcome, worked around a scheduling issue I had, and made me feel like a VIP. Because of her high level of service, I will definitely visit again.

Just stayed at the motel a couple of days ago. It was a very nice place. I highly recommend it! Planning on go back soon. Lou is very nice.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's an older motel but it's very quaint and very clean and very pleasant. It was quiet and had a great pool and hot tub. And the owners are fantastic. They are very nice and accommodating. If I lived closer I would go there once in a while just to get away and enjoy myself with the peace and quiet and the pool. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience. We couldn't be happier.

My husband and I stay here every year for our anniversary. We love it, the rooms are clean and comfortable, Lou is extremely helpful, it is quiet, and close to everything (Gulf of Mexico, the Bay, St. Mark's Lighthouse, the State Park, Crawfordville, and more). Last year, my parents started joining us and now they're hooked and can't wait each year to go back.

Small RV park that is quiet and close to gulf. Bike trail is right next to this park and is very convenient. The space we parked our 40 foot 5th on was small and had to share front yard with other neighbors. Owners were great!

Clean and accommodating. Owners are great and take pride in the place. The rules are too keep us from turning into rundown parks like the other parks around.

Had a delightful one night stay at The Oaks. We would have stayed longer but we're in the midst of picking up an RV and driving it back to Arizona.

Bob the owner greeted us and was a hoot. Gave us detailed information on the campground and surrounding area.

The location is great as opposed to the craziness of Destin and Panama City. Great biking of any kind on the trails nearby. Has a grocery across the street as well as two restaurants that had good reviews but we cannot vouch for as we ate in.

The campground has FREE as well as the best wifi I've had in a campground. Brand new pool and hot tub that were pristine. The showers were great and clean. My only minor complaint would be Bob needs to install some ventilation fans in the shower rooms as it gets hot in there.

This is a great and not as touristy area of Florida and we will be back!

We stayed in Room 11 with 2 Queen beds and it was huge! Large walk in shower! Pool and hot tub as well. I love that there are actual sheets and blankets and not those weird hotel blankets. You know the ones. I would definitely recommend a stay here. And you can even do 1 night instead of the usual 2 night minimum.

We love this RV park great maintenance and the pool and the hot tub are great and bathrooms are the best great location great people around staff are great everything is great thank you for hosting us and helping us to live this life to the best

This was a nice small rv park.
Well canopied with helpful and kind people working here. Not on the water but right on a the bike trail.
The sites are best for smaller units. Not laid out great. We dealt with sand fleas and no-seeums at our site. No one wanted to be outside much here.
