The staff is remarkably attentive, responsive and ensure a smooth living experience. The frequent community events organized here foster a sense of community, making it more than just a place to live, but a vibrant and social community. I living in Oasis at 301 for 2 years and I love it because they keep the complex very clean and the office staff is very friendly and always available for any questions. They also have a great team of maintenance guys. Aslo this location is great, so many shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I love Oasis at 301

Update: 3 years later and I am still here! The Oasis team makes us feel like family and maintenance keeps everything clean and new. Save yourself the time apt.hunting and move here! Soon as you step inside, You will love it! Quartz countertops, high ceilings, top of the line appliances, big bathrooms and quiet. Forget your gym memberships the gym here has everything! Amenities are fabulous! Seriously! Dogs are not just allowed here they treated like family! I waited a month to write this just in case my high from moving into this paradise wore off.no regrets, we love it! Entire staff has been top notch but I must give a special shout out to Jessica! She is awesome and clearly cares about her residents! VIP life!

I relocated to Florida for work and visited Oasis. Kim, the leasing manager, was so kind to afford me her time and welcomed me for a tour although I didn’t have an appointment. She made the application process seamless for me and had the unit available within a week!

The property is one of the best kept and beautiful apartment communities I’ve seen; it’s more of a luxury resort. The lobby of the main building is a piece of Las Vegas in Riverview, it’s a marble paradise. For personal reasons, my new address is elsewhere but it was a tough choice, because Kim, the professionals in the leasing office and staff and the place are awesome.

Thank you, Kim and Oasis team, for making my home search process such a positive experience. I will be visiting soon, mainly to say hello, but also to hang out in the lobby ;)

I loved living here! The office and maintenance can't be beat! People in Tampa actually talk to one another, it's safe and clean and will have everything you need!

We've lived at Oasis at 301 for 7 months and I give my highest recommendation to this apartment community! I can echo the words of many other reviewers who are so satisfied with living here! We have happy, friendly neighbors! Two things really stand out about Oasis: The cleanliness and the staff. They've hired a FANTASTIC cleaning woman to clean the breezeways and common areas daily and she does such an excellent job. Also, maintenance is prompt and always gets the job done right. Kim, Madison and Brandon are helpful and friendly leasing agents who really care about the residents and made our move in process easy. I can't say enough good things about the property manager Savannah. She works hard and she assisted us through our move out so it wouldn't be complicated. Everyone really wants the residents to be happy and they take pride in this place, so they take good care of it. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the community and amenities. I really like the community events and resident appreciation things that they do. It's not just for the holidays. They do craft events, markets, food trucks, even fun games like spin to win a free gift card! Our apartment layout feels like a comfortable home and if you like HUGE closets, it's got that too. You can't beat the location either. It's about 15-20 mins to downtown Tampa, 5 mins from the Brandon Mall and several grocery stores, less than an hour to St Pete. It's the perfect central location to highway 275 and the Selmon Expressway for commutes too. Also, we work from home and we've never had a problem with the Wi-Fi signal. If you're looking in east Tampa/Riverview, this is the place to live!

I've lived here 4 years and have enjoyed it immensely. Food trucks several times a week, a nice gym, pool, and really, really good Internet make this place a Work from home paradise.

I would like to shout out the office and maintenance teams that do an amazing job maintaining and improving the place. The few times I've ever had issues or maintenance tickets they were resolved quickly and fairly.

Outside the complex itself it's 15 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from the mall, an hour from downtown St. Pete on the expressway, and is perfectly placed where you can explore most of Tampa Bay easily.
