The Oasis at Crosstown, Orlando FL

Oasis at Crosstown is a great place to live! I've lived here for 6 months now and am very pleased with my apartment, the amenities and the staff! I highly recommend

The management has been super helpful and responsive right from our application process to the move-in process. The support of the staff and the maintenance team has been incredible and they have taken extra steps to make us feel at home in our amazing new apartments! Special shout-out to Gigi for coordinating and managing our seamless move-in experience!

I can say that Oasis at Crosstown is a wonderful place to live, its apartments are super comfortable, the pool area is the best, without leaving behind the good administration and its managers, my admission was great with Letzy, I feel happy to be part of this community.

Love living at Oasis. All amenities are just perfect and the apartments are modern and chic. I absolutely enjoy participating in their regular resident activities. The location is also close to a lot of great restaurants.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! Truly an Oasis! Not only are the amenities a beautiful sight to see but so is the view from my unit! The pond fountain at sunset is breathtaking!

Oasis is a great place to live. The manager and the whole entire staff are very friendly and welcoming. You feel like family there. They are very professional, and well organized. They will handle any problems you may have quickly. The maintenance team is awesome, they do not procrastinate. They get the job done quickly and accurately. The apartments are beautiful, the pool is awesome and I enjoyed the gym. Don't hesitate about moving there, you'll be glad you did.

I’ve been living here for over 2 years and it’s amazing! Everyone in the office is amazing, but Mar’Kee is so nice and extremely helpful! I appreciate everything he has done for me!

The leasing manager, Mar'kee Alston is SUPREME! Mar'kee went above and beyond to fix a problem on short notice that was not the complex's fault. After dealing with this problem Mr. Alston went out of his way to help my family and i with another issue without us asking. Please give this young man a raise to a higher position in your company, you need him dearly. Mar'kee Alston will take Oasis At Crosstown and anywhere else to the next level and beyond! Thank you Mr. Alston.

There are pros and cons.first, i really would have went with another unit if i was told from the jump mine would be right off the road.loud cars, road work that makes the apartment shake.walls are super thin.i hear the people above me screaming constantly.the cesspools are backed up as well and very low water pressure.theres also two separate technology fees in the rent.pros- spacious, granite countertops, appliances are samsung, and you can control certain features with your phone from the smart app.but besides that, nothing special.

I currently live in the oasis apartment and I can truly say that I really love living here. The staff members, Mar'kee, Gigi, Capvcine, Lesley. They are so welcoming, friendly, and available to assist with any complaints. I love being able to go over, and get a bottle of water, soda, chips and my favorite a glass of wine. The amenities are excellent, the gym, pool, Conference room, and game room.
, also the celebration for holidays and chances to win great prices. The club house itself is just beautiful. I would like to thank k the staff for such a great job.

I lived at the Oasis at Crosstown and I absolutely loved it. It was a beautiful, neat environment with amazing employees. I enjoyed all the amenities while I lived there. Maintenance was super efficient in their job and helped with any problems in my apartment. Gigi was super attentive and amazing while I was applying. She answered all my questions and informed me of all the information of the facility.

My review of gigi and mar'kee is very satisfying they're very helpful and considering about your move in and makes you very comfortable about your moving in so i give them ah 5star rating love those guys

Recently, I had the opportunity to interact with Capucine from Oasis at Crosstown, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me.
From the moment I arrived she greeted me with a prompt and caring response. Capucine took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure to fully understand any concerns.
What stood out to me the most about this experience was Capucine’s attention to detail. She provided me with clear and concise instructions, followed up with me regularly, and made sure that any issues were fully resolved. This made my move in experience much easier than other apartment move in’s I have had in past.
Throughout the entire process, she was always courteous and respectful, even when I expressed frustration with an issue I was having. She made sure to communicate with me in a way that was easy to understand, and she always made herself available to answer any questions I had.
In short, my customer service experience was exceptional. I believe she went above and beyond to ensure that my move in experience went smoothly, and I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. I would highly recommend Oasis at Crosstown to anyone in need of an apartment, based on the quality of their staff's customer service alone.
