The Omelet House reviews
14Cheap, fast, great service. Menu has changed a bit since the name change but the food is still great.
Awesome breakfast spot. Mimosas and bloody Mary's for breakfast.can't get any better than that.oh yeah, their great tasting food.
Absolutely amazing food. Everything is homemade! Food is made with love. So happy with my experience.
Our server was so sweet! Food was amazing, southwest Benny was perfectly cooked! Can’t beat the $4 screwdrivers either! Definitely coming back for brunch next time we are here!
This was our time there. The diner had great reviews so we tried it out. So first there were ants. Only a few so it was overlooked. I ordered a ice coffee that was on the board as a special. The waitress, was very nice said they had one more. I wasn't really sure what she meant by that but it came out in a glass. I was excited because I hadn't had my coffee for the morning. It tasted like a glass of artificial sweetener. My fiance ordered hot tea. The mug looked like it survived a battle. There were also black specs on the rim which could have been tea. I asked cance my order. In the car my fiance tells me that there was something on the silverware as well. We ended up going to Steve's Diner where the food was delicious and everything else was great as well.
Unbelievable. Great food, Lily's service was perfect. Considering the quality and quantity, they're underpriced, it's that good.
Nice menu selection with great price points and value. Delicious food and friendly service and atmosphere. New local favorite for us!
I went for breakfast this morning and ordered the pancake combo. Which comes with eggs and your choice of bacon or sausage links /patties. I chose scrambled and links. I was there for a whole hour before I got my food. The food was over cooked, hard, and rubbery. Also had a bunch of burned food stuck to the pancakes from the dirty flat top. I couldn't eat the food. So for $13.00 I ate scrambled eggs. What a joke! I do not recommend going here, save your money and time and go somewhere else!
Quite possibly the worst breakfast I've ever had the displeasure of eating a few bites of. I used to eat here a few years ago when I lived in the area and it was a decent place to get breakfast, but just stopped in again and wow. The toast had been made from obviously stale bread. The coffee was absolutely horrible, watery and didn't taste anything like coffee. The hashbrown casserole, which used to be very good, was nothing like it used be (no ham, peppers, or onions), just hashbrowns mixed with cheese and nuked until they were so hot it was impossible to taste whether it needed salt for several minutes, while everything else on the plate was luke warm. The sausage patties were dry, crumbly and almost burned. The jelly in the packages on the table were all watery, like syrup instead of jelly.
After spending a few minutes trying to eat it, I had to just pay my tab and leave. The waitress asked if it was good and I had to sadly report that it was simply terrible. She offered to recook the meal but I didn't want that food no matter how it was cooked. When I told her that I was an old customer that was shocked at how bad the food was in comparison to how it used to be, she apologized and agreed that it was nowhere near the same.
I have no idea who these people are that are rating this food anything more than two stars at best. I'm not even going to mention the dirty booths that were falling apart. The servers were very nice and attentive but unfortunately that was the only positive experience I had.
Been coming here since I was a kid. The hash brown casserole is still my favorite and now my children love it just as much as I do.
The omelets were mediocre and the hash brown casserole was terrible. As soon as we were done eating, a cockroach was crawling on our table. I do not recommend eating here at all until the health inspector comes and they take care of their infestation.
From the moment l walked in the moment Ieft it was the most pleasant dinning experience since coming up to fla from Maine I eat out every day they get 2022
We eat here often. Everything is always great and cooked to perfection. And the biscuits are the best in town by far. And the burgers are the bomb also. Salty Dog and I boondock across Florida in the winter and this is number 1 on our list when in Daytona. Thank you Patty and the ladies that take care of us when we visit. GOT EGGS. LOL
